Originally posted by *~LiSa-LoO~* Ya, I checked ebay. Thanks for the tip though. There was actually ones that were up a little while ago that I wanted. Cale bid and someone beat him in like the last 5 minutes...jerks. But then he emailed the guy - who has a store - and the guy said he would put a "buy now" option. He did...Cale ordered...and the guy never responded. Cale sent him multiple emails asking him what was going on...he's recieved nothing. That was months ago. Yes they do. Those are 4 gauge. I think you can go up to a 0 gauge and they'll still close over time. Your body naturally shrinks up. I've taken out my 4's for a few hours before and when I go to put the earrings back in they'll hurt a little bit sometimes.
I really can't think of anywhere else to look short of going to piercing shops in Toronto and asking to see their stuff

lisa my little hottie... come to toronto, go to new tribe on queen street west, theys gots everyting. and if they dont, they will know where for u to go.
lol...i always bid on ebay in the last minute of the auction to beat out the suckas.
feedback is to give your opinion on an eBay sale. if there's no sale, there's no transaction. it's not a seller's market at all. i've gotten many great deals there.
if you lost, then you didn't set your max bid to the max amount you were willing to pay. your fault

well, first, the whole world must be a seller's market, since the seller is obviously the one making the decision as to whether they will sell you their goods in the end.
second, you should be able to go back to the auction's page, or find it in your my ebay, and click the "leave feedback" link. since he initiated the buy it now option, that qualifies as a sale to end the auction.

Originally posted by *~LiSa-LoO~* I believe the buy it now option was seperate from the auction since he had more of them. As in people could either buy one of the many he had for a set price or they could bid on the one he had up for auction...not affecting any of the ones that were up to be bought now. I'm not familiar with ebay, so I had Cale take care of it, and he said he was unable to leave feed back. He tried.

Originally posted by DigitalMP how long ago was it? if he can still see the "won auction" on his my ebay page, there should be a link right next to it to leave feedback.

Originally posted by *~LiSa-LoO~* I'll ask him to check. It was two months ago or something like that. As far as I know he didn't "win" the auction though....the auction still went on even after he bought it b/c there were extras to buy.

Originally posted by DigitalMP yeah, that's a dutch auction, where the seller has multiple items. so there can be multiple winners. if it was only two months, it should still be on his my ebay page
he said there was no option to leave feedback. But he doesn't use ebay much really either, so he doens't know too much about it.
there is no "transcation" as far as ebay is concerned, after the auction ends. and yes, even though it's a dutch auction, for cale's intents and purposes, the auction ended. at that point, both parties can leave feedback. money does not have to change hands, because ebay doesn't regulate that. for example, if cale never sent money when he was supposed to, a seller could then leave negative feedback for him. he may have to configure his my ebay page so he can view the auction he's won of the past 60 (or whatever) days.
however, ebay does have a dispute resolution handler called Square Trade.
also, while your issue sucks, leaving feeback won't do much at all if he doesn't have a bunch of negatives, because you'll be looked at as "that one problem".
