While we're on the topic, what beer do they have? I know they have Kilkenny cream, but their site doesn't mention anything about the beers they've got, and the pictures don't give away much (aside from the Kilkenny).

hmmm... i dunno, i didnt ask them about the beer they have...

i think they don't list the beers they have on tap on the site cuz it changes every so often... but i assume they'll have a lot of the popular beers on tap, such as Canadian, etc.

You call that a flaming sambucca? That's the easy way out.
You should be doing it in a wine glass, and doing the whole fumes thing, for it to be a true flaming sambucca.

Either that, or us Aussies just do it a crazy way that fucks you up a lot more.

You take the sambuca into your mouth, but don't swallow. Wipe your lips so that none of the sambuca is on your lips. Tilt your head back, open you mouth, and light the sambuca in your mouth. Wait until you can feel it burning, (it's not as dangerous as it sounds) and then close you mouth. Shake it around and then swallow.

OK, we're a little more complicated for a proper shot.

Get a wine glass and fill with your standard amount of whatever sambucca. Light that on fire, but don't blow it out. Instead, place the entire palm of your hand over the opening until the flame goes out. Shake it around a little bit til the suction makes the glass stick to your hand.
When you're ready, break the suction between your index and thumb (does that make sense? Like, take your hand off where you'd normally have a sip), and take the fumes into your mouth, followed by the sambucca. Close your mouth so you don't lose any fumes.
As per niveole's instructions, don't swallow, and wipe sambucca from any skin area on the outside of your mouth, then open up, light, close, shake, swallow, voila!
