I think we can do a flatten of the first 5 layers a round..

no harm in that

or 10 if it's appropriate.

or just do a flatten every 6, and make the unflattened file available on a server - that we you can just download the unflattened version to get to the layers

Good idea optik but I think doing a complete flatenning isn't the best idea cause we still want to modify a little ( in which case there's the unflattened one still available ).

I can see that having various layers merged to come out with 3 or 4 layers total.

I've to bow out of this battle. Not enough time to fully complete it, and too much other stuff going on.

Basically you need to edit the photoshop psd project file and make something different/creative etc with it.

and on the server info...

Ive gotta give my server up for hosting. in the past 8 days I have seen just under 2 gigs of transfer... thats about 4x more than typical. When I have only a limited bandwidth available (mainly 15 gigs per month) and I am sitting at 12 I have to shut down all outside of what should be typically on it.

Sorry for that. Ill PM jdat the .zip file that was on the server and that has all of the psd files in all folders.

That would work. I was just downloading the /ta directory and was going to zip that and then up it to sendspace or something for who ever would be able to donate server space/bandwidth

Let me see... I can host everything you need on my website. I think I have 200gb/month bandwidth or something rediiculase. Someone just needs to talk me through setting up the FTP or w/e
