to the places to hang out at, add:

-Moxies (in the last section built of sq 1) - u can get these huge 2 pint beers fro $8 there+ the food is really good

-Crooked Cue (close to port credit) - nice pool joint as well as restaurant

-Monte Carlo - Dundas and dixie area - pool joint again

Mississauga has some good bars to just hang out at and have a couple drinks and what not.

Failtes is a great place but food is crap like Sasha said.

That's wierd...the Moxies in Windsor is actually really nice and the service is really good. The food I'm not a big fan of though. Not b/c of the quality...I just don't like the options.

ive been there a number of times and will go back cos ive been rather happy with the service

their private party room is amazing, so cozy

the one in mississauga is good too...ive always been happy wit the service.. except once when they decided to ID me and I only had my health card so they asked us to leave.. they dont accept HEALTH CARD ... thats when i stopped goin to moxies :S

but in general, health cards are not accepted officially as valid IDs.... beats me why...

if a place has faced issues with the authorities in the past, i guess they have reason to follow strict rules

which makes no sense, it's a face id with a legit ontario water mark on it. are you sure they are not accepted? my sister used it all the time for every government document.
