OOOOH! Looking forward to seeing them tonight at CIRCUS! I sure hope they saved some of their wickedness for us in LA!

Posted by 2tall on Nov-24-2007 21:27:

started off slow of course, but an hour later they dropped some really good hard euro stuff that had me giddy happy. then i found a random spot where the sound system was just perfect and just had to take out my ear plugs for about a minute to take it all in... excellent!

it's about time he did. i don't know why he's ashamed of such a fine piece of work.

and i have to agree with rizo on the sound system last night. it was much louder than usual. and with stoneface and terminal playing, it was just amazing. they were better than i thought they would be. anyone who didn't make it really missed out.

p.s

blurr turned off the tables when lexxx was playing the front room.

party foul!

I thought they resembled a younger version of Blank & Jones. Very Energetic. Both of them were jumpin around, and havin a great time in the booth. I wish I would have brought my camera.

What I love is seeing a Dj Duo team up, and work a mixer or mix together. What I found unique was watching them as the other one did something, like cut into the mix, while the other one worked something else like the mixer. It takes practice to Syncronize, and they pretty much were spot on.

Guess its hard to describe...

At the end of their set, I spoke to Stoneface and asked where they came up with the name Stoneface & Terminal.

He told me that the first time he Dj'ed, someone told him he had a "stoneface". So it kinda stuck with him.

He also said there used to be 5 of them. But, alas only 2 remain. Man, thats one hell of a Dj group!

Terminal said something similar, in that everyone met at his house, sort of like a "terminal" so it kinda stuck with him.

So they formed a name, Stoneface & Terminal.

Very cool pair these two, and I anticipate their return already. Everyone said their set last night was bangin, It got me out there to dance which I havent done in a while. They did play alot of Alex M.O.R.P.H too.

Rockin set.

Ahh, my head hurts lol, too many long islands. I had a blast last night! I loved S&T's set. They are very down-to-earth and personable DJs. Overall it was an ace friday night!

Badass set from Stoneface & Terminal.... Those guys were unbelievably nice.... I was talking to Matthias, and he was telling me how people always say he looks like Paul Van Dyk....

Dude.. you were killing it on the floor... I for one, had never seen you dance.... nice footwork!
Oh yea! remember, me and my friend are gonna start bringing out the gloves, and then throwing out the b's when you hit the decks....

OMG!!! what a night! Yes that was my favorite set of the year due to the fact that they played a NU NRG Track From start to finish it was great. My favorite tracks of the night were...

BASIC DAWN - PURE THRUST (NU NRG REMIX!!!!!)
Kuffdam & Plant - Summer dream (Stoneface & Terminal Remix) <--which i asked them to play

Stoneface & Terminal - Another Day
Dash Berlin - Till the sky falls down (dub mix)
Of course that Frequency 8 track!!!

They really played every style within there 3 1/2 hour set! Taj thank you for getting them out here. I hope they come back real soon.

Posted by nsx boy1 on Nov-26-2007 01:04:

they played Venus and Incognition per my request.

HAha Nice!

Thanks V Man27. Its rare nowadays to see me dance, but S&T were goin off and I had to! Sometimes I wanna get out there too and prove to myself that I still can dance too.. seeing how im just a little bit heavier than I was a few years back.

Also, if you and your friends do throw up B's, more people might pick up on it. Which would be kinda cool to see!

Ya he kinda does look like PVD, someone said Terminal looked like a smaller scaled down version of Josh Gabriel.

+1 on them playing requested tracks too!
