I've found this saga almost as annoying as Ronaldo to Madrid. I just want the bloody transfer window to be closed in order to bring a stop to all this speculation.
Edit: Holy crap, it's actually true. Check out the AC Milan website too; they have 'Ronaldinho' written in big shiny golden capital letters right on the front page. It's finally over!

What a spicy bit of news!
Also, Del Bosque was officially named as the Manager of la Seleccin today. Truly a great coach who will lead a great team to more championships. La Liga just wasn't the same without him, but I'm glad he chose such an opportune time to make his return and continue making history.

that would be an awesome move imo. Alonso & Cesc in the middle would work really well, with Nasri, Rosicky, Walcott, Eduardo, Van Persie, Bendtner, Vela etc to service he'd be ideal for the Arsenal way.

Confirmed. Ronaldinho to AC Milan
Finally that soap opera is over. Thank you Ronnie! Good luck with everything. Hope to see him back and do his magic again.

Wow, in the past 1.5 years: Ronaldo, Emerson, Zambrotta, and now Ronaldinho.

Hleb to Barcelona (Confirmed)
Aimar to Benfica
I think Barca's squad is now complete, unless they want to chase David Villa, but I don't think they have to if they just wait for Benzema to be on the market at the end of next season.
The big question: Is Hleb the new #10? I don't see it going to anyone else really.
Edit: Fine, maybe to Bojan if he's fed up with #27.

Freddy Adu is on loan to Monaco. I'm glad that saga is over.

Ugh, I hope not. If Eto'o stays, then this will be the worst move ever, but even if he leaves, they should be investing in someone for the future. Regardless of what happens, I think they need to start playing 4-4-2 to get the best out of Henry & his partner, be it Eto'o or Drogba.

Well, that's the point, Messi becomes more of an attacking winger, making him and Alves the most dangerous right-sided attack the world has ever seen.
And I don't think his influenced will be diminished because he'll pushing up regardless, just the defensive midfielder (be it Toure or Keita) will have to be filling in the gaps when Alves goes on his mazy runs.

Juve grab Poulsen from Sevilla, seeking a GK back-up (rumored to be either a take away from EPL, and pursuing Manninger of Siena).

It's a shame, cause just when Valdes is sucking it up big-time, he has a string of key performances, so they're having trouble finding the right time to let him go. I personally don't mind him THAT much, just a team like Barca should have someone much better in net if their main competitors have a goalie with the calibre of Casillas.
In other unexciting news, Behrami to West Ham & Tainio to Sunderland (with Chimbonda to follow apparently).

unexciting to who? there's more than 2 or 3 teams in these leagues you know
Valdes is good. Barca don't need a great goalkeeper in the way real need Iker. There's enough good keepers out there but not all aspire to end up at a club like barca where everytime they go to take a shit is under scrutiny

Pizzaro was offered to River Plate and they said "no thanks"

Pfff, don't even bro. I've been following the Premiership my entire life, and I'm also pretty familiar with the careers of both players. Behrami made a small impact during Euro 2008, but he wasn't anything special at Lazio, so I guess it's time he moved. And you're going to tell me Tainio is exciting? He has speed and some skill, but his situational decision-making is his downfall.
And why wouldn't Barca need a keeper like Iker the way Real do? Cannavaro and Pepe are a much stronger combination than the Afro-brothers, and don't even get me started on Abidal. Alves is good, but he's going to be attacking so much that, if anything, Barca need an Iker-type more than Real.
