My apologies, just trying to offer friendly advice
I've never had VIP, but the line can still take up to 30 minutes?
If you hadn't already heard, it's impossible to get drinks at the VIP bar because there are so many people. Try to find the obscure ones that don't have all the people or else you're not getting anything unless you offer $20 tips.

Unfortunately not going to make it. Any chance of a live webcast?

| Originally posted by Apeattack At Monster Massive back in October (held in the same location) there were a couple different entrances. The line for the entrance on the east side of the arena went all the way down Figueroa and would have taken over an hour to get through at 8:30pm. My friends and I found a different entrance on the south side of the arena and were inside in less than 15 minutes. With 5 entrances the wait shouldn't be too long. If you find an entrance with a crazy line, it may be worthwhile to walk to another entrance. Five to ten minutes of walking may save you an hour of waiting in line. I will be in line before 7pm to get the maximum amount of Armin possible so this won't be an issue for me |

Banora, here are photos of Electric Daisy Carnival to give you an idea of what people wear. Its a wide wide spectrum ranging from your standard club clothes to the most relaxed styles you can find. My thought is so long as you don't show up in black&white attire you'll be fine. If I had VIP I might have considered getting a tad bit more dressed, but it would be pretty casual wear - jeans, steezing t-shirt, etc. I'll be wearing shorts though as it gets pretty hot and its comfortable. If I freeze and get sick on the way out, it'll be worth it. Saving my dress attire for Markus Schultz
tl:dr
Wear what you find appealing and comfortable. You'll probably look around and think "what the hell are people wearing?"
edit: I thought of posting pictures of what my friends usually wear but...maybe another time
I looked at the pictures. I'm going to be waaaay over-dressed.
What I had planned to wear, since in Europe you get all dressed up for these events looks pretty much like this but black heels instead of silver.
drink lines depend on how many bartenders they have and how many people are getting drinks at the same time.
there used to be time, it was very bad. you needed to wait half hour or so. i did not have any problem last few events. but, everybody is going green in these days.
they serve alcohol until 2AM.
there is no dress code.
i don't think there is bus at 4AM.
Don't bother with heels unless you don't want to dance! D:
As you can see from Ruke's pictures, so cal is notorious for under-age, underdressed skanks in their underwear.
Wear anything comfortable and functional that you'd like to wear, not what you think you should wear, like "club" attire.
Also, tie a sweaters around your waist to wear afterwards or make a guy friend do it because it's cold as balls at 4am. (unless you're still rolling :P)
