Series, no. I have a bad feeling that they will make game 1 closer than it should be, though.

i love the way this guy sings it lol

Posted by ziptnf on May-03-2011 02:32:

Well that's certainly an interesting start to the series. And now Rose has an ankle sprain?

Posted by shaw on May-03-2011 02:37:

I knew this was gonna happen. Fuck.

He's had an ankle sprain since the beginning of the playoffs.

I know, but to twist it like that again is definitely not good news.

I love how a 14 year old girl can nail all the words to the national anthem, but famous singers with TV shows have no idea.

what a great end to the first half!!!

Posted by LeopoldStotch on May-03-2011 04:17:

well i'll be damned. i wrote the hawks off due to them closing the season poorly.

Posted by Renzo on May-03-2011 04:17:

Fuck, was I wrong about the Hawks.

That's why they play the game.

Posted by ziptnf on May-03-2011 05:16:

Did anyone see that coming? Holy cow.

Actually yes. The moment I realized Luke Walton wasn't in the lineup, I knew LA had no chance.

Posted by LeopoldStotch on May-03-2011 05:19:

well i'll be damned times 2. great moral victory for the mavs. they didn't give up when the lakers stampeded out the locker room to start the 2nd half.

Posted by Quazar on May-03-2011 05:21:

ATL, shawty!

Posted by iclone on May-03-2011 05:33:

you know i lived in dallas

Posted by LeopoldStotch on May-03-2011 05:40:

i'm still calling you one. you're either going to flip flop between them or the heat.

anyways, since both my teams(spurs, hornets) have fallen early ... i'm going for the mavs the rest of the way.

Posted by iclone on May-03-2011 05:42:

i follow NCAA basketball more than i do the NBA. (and yes, i realize this is football, but...) the only miami team i root for is the dolphins...and i will never EVER root for the cowboys. call me a bandwagon'er now

after living in texas, i have learned that there are more cowboys fans outside of texas than inside of texas. go figure. i have heard some harsh words about jerry jones.

Posted by Quazar on May-03-2011 09:26:

Well, I'm first and foremost an Atlanta Falcons fan, and I'm a big Braves fan, too. The Hawks always rank 3rd for me, BUT since football is a long way away and baseball won't really be interesting until the All-Star break, GO HAWKS!

Same here. They're the only playoff team that had a negative point differential. And now they're beasting like they're from Memphis.

Fuck, I hope Lakers recover, if only that Kobe three went in, it looked good:[

Hoping for an awesome game 2 between Celtics and Heat

Posted by jupiterone on May-03-2011 22:23:

poor jermaine oneal, even von wafer got more votes

Posted by bananas on May-03-2011 22:50:

Allen is obviously the most fun to follow, the way he runs around trying to get himself open is amazing
