Whey Gourmet. 1 scoop of the chocolate flavor after every work out, or when I want a late-night snack/have no food in the house.

edit: I always add a banana to it! Most of the time a teaspoon of peanut butter as well....depending on what I already ate that day.

so instead of biking i decided to run last night..again..as tired as my legs were. i knocked out a 2M 17min which is a PR for me. It's about 8 weeks until the biathalon so I want to prep as much as possible. That 2m run last night had me sweating like no other, so I ran straight to the gym and when i got there the guy at the desk was like "must have been a good run" lol i took 2 towels.

polished off shoulders then hit the sauna for 10mins to continue the sweat. down to 163 and dropping fast!

it's a beautiful friday in nyc and I'm so tempted to just go out tonight but I might just bike after work then head home to build some new furniture that I bought.

wai - i think we are on for tomorrow say 9am or 10am? Mind coming all the way down to the 50th street NYSC? I want to swim a few laps, then maybe grab some brunch over on 9th ave? hit me up

lets say 10:00 at 49th and broadway. by tomorrow i'll have worked out 5 days this week so other than the core work we'll do i plan on being lazy so stretching / reading on the bike. thanks again brian!

ok 10 works for me - i need to do back, abs, and swim.

sounds like a good plan. I'm 5-9 @ 170 currently and I don't really want to be any heavier than 175. I'm playing around with a new diet and trying to get the ideal carbs # that works best for me to put on a little more muscle w/o any fat. I was doing some cardio but I have stopped doing it since It limits the amount of strength gains I was getting. I wasn't even doing that much to begin with, at only 15-20 mins of elliptical after the weightlifting, and I can see the difference since quitting a 3 weeks ago.

nice we can do lower back together when we do our core work out. i need to do upper back like lat pulls, rows, etc etc not sure if you want to hit those up, but for the lower back we'll do the core exercises, planks, side planks, and a crap load of ab exercises. im prepared to die with you hahaha
