Damn. I'll be honest here for a moment. The only reason Real lost is because I didn't watch the game.

DID YOU SEE MY BOYS! Thuram and Canna are impenetrable (is that a word?) Camoranesi is Juve's new Nedved, he played EXTREMELY well. We did it two years ago, we did it again. God I love Juve. BTW, we did it in 1996 too I think.

Just a little side note, Roma fans should look at how the Delle Alpi stadium and Juve players applauded Zidane. Last weekend, Roma fans and a select few players :cough: totti :cough: displayed very unsportsman like behavious towards Emerson and Zebina. The sadium were making ape/monkey noises when they had the ball. But that baffles me, since Dacourt, Mancini et al, are all coloured players for Roma...

FORZA JUVE!
When are the 1/8 draws by the way?

Posted by sensorium on Mar-11-2005 03:32:

:: Round of 16 First leg - 22 & 23 February 2005
:: Round of 16 Second leg - 08 & 09/15 March 2005
:: Quarter-finals 1st leg - 05 & 06 April 2005
:: Quarter-finals 2nd leg - 12 & 13 April 2005
:: Semi-finals 1st leg - 26 & 27 April 2005
:: Semi-finals 2nd leg - 03 & 04 May 2005
:: Final - 25 May 2005

There you go muchacho.

Thanks, but I mean the draws for what teams play each other. You know, when they put all the teams in a big pot, and Platter's friends stick their hands in it and read what team is on each card.

I guess they can't do it until after inter-porto next week. that should be a good game to watch. I'll be rooting for Inter, even though I am by no means the nearest Milan fan (that goes for both of those clubs). But I really want to see three italian teams in the quarters in respose to last years humiliation.

The man I fear the most right now is Jose Mourinho. He is this decades football tactical genius. He worked wonders with Porto and now he has made Ambrahams Chelsea into one of the powerhouses of Europe. What baffles me, is that he got more exited at beating Barca and going to the quarters than actually winning the CL last year with Porto.

It was because he got elbowed in the nose so he got pissed off and very obviously kicked the guy while he was running.

Should they look at how they wistled at Ronaldo every time he touched the ball as well?

My impression is that Roma fans are nice in general. If that is changing then I think Totti is to blame as you say. If he insists on staying in Roma then he should be a leader of the team and also the whole city, being born in Rome. It's a pity that an otherwise great player can't keep certain thaughts to himself. Italian at heart really...

Edit: sorry for hijacking. You guys go on with real.

i hope they will fuckin' suspend ronaldo for that antifairplay thing he did, he deserves at least 5 games suspension and 10000 euros fine

It's pretty hard to see so it must have been even more difficult for the linesman, but it seems to me that Tacchinardi aint doing all that muchwrong, just putting his arm in Ronaldo's neck or somethin to try to stip him. You cant see him hitting Ronaldo or anything, except maybe in the end whe his arm makes a big move, but i'ld say that was just pulling his arm away from there.

Anyway, doesnt really matter, Capello probably wouldnt have let him play the next game anyway.

Ronaldo; yeah definately red, you wouldnt expect that from him, but hey, neither would u from Zidane and he'shad some in the past too.

bleh, you obviously don't watch italian football. The rome fans (lazio and roma) are amongst the worst in europe for racism, disrupting games and generally being a pain in the arse.

Imo there is a huge difference between whistling at a player - who is the 'supposed' main threat from the opposition - to put him off his game and making monkey noises to a player simply because he's black, it's a disgrace, and it's embarrasing for me having an italian background, to be associated with scum like this.

Posted by fastmp3 on Mar-12-2005 15:01:

man if i could get rid of roma and lazio fans ...
