if a type of music is easily listenable, easily produced, and simplistic in nature... why is that the definition of crap. That doesn't mean it's not good music! I have been listening to a great many different forms of music for a very long time. I believe many classical composers are far superior musicians to any edm artist. I'd like to see your fav producer go deaf, compose a symphony, and be remembered for 100s of years. Regardless, that dosent take away my apreciation for music i enjoy listening to. I have also been into a lot of very diverse types of edm, everytime i hear about something/someone new i download it and see how it is. That dosent take away my apreciation for other edm i enjoy listening to. Why does it take away yours? Of course if it's not your kind of music... then don't listen to it, why bad mouth it... all that does is start 10 page pathetic post wars. That deffinatley shows how intelligent you are

WHY do you people have to hate on things so damn much. Critisizm doesn't have to be nice, but it should be constructive. Opinions like "this fucking blows" are much better kept to yourself... thats called being a dick! I bet that the less responses people gave in flame wars, the less they would get started in the first place. and seriously it's only entertaining to a point

I got no idea what's wrong with Ory but I guess I'm biased since I haven't spoken to him and he's never done anything bad to me

Actually I have made one Song myself too, but it was with Dance Ejay program thingy, I made it like 8 months ago, you might not like it when you hear it, but I love it. it took me 2 FULL days to make it lol! funny thing about my song(its called something for a change) is that its got female vocal to it aswell. How cool is that LOL ;-)

i definately think this arguement needs to be in another thread but...

Ory has some serious nuts, to hold in there like he is.... and he is giving good arguements. People need to cool down and use their heads a bit more. I undERstand it's easy to be angered when someone criticises, somewhat harshly, something your passionate about, but the only way to fight back is to use ur head. Problem is, it's very difficult to argue against something you know very little about

l used to teckno ejay years back, it's very simple but at least l could create my own samples out of given sounds...was really into it then....now i dont create anythin l just mixes tracks on a program and burn them onto a cd...enjoyING that too
