sorry sugar, i think raven kicked the crap out of vf5. but musicwise, vf5 was wayyyyyy better. jeff galaxy was brutal, nuclear ramjet wasnt all that exciting, altho i didnt fall asleep to them this time. i give props to red bull and vodka and gin and amaratto and lucky for making my night. hah. what a boozehound i am.

This was a GREAT party! Me and all my friends had a blast and it was great meeting a lot of the tribe! I do agree with most of you guys that the music couldve been better, I really liked the psy from Johnny Narcotic but wasnt all too impressed with Nuclear Ramjet or Jeff Galaxy, just not my style. I think Sisk wouldve blown up the place if he got to finish, his first track, the pink floyd remix, took the party to another level!

I only wish I could use this venue for something like Tranceformers next year, ohhhh the possibilities!

I can assure you that NONE OF US swore nor yelled at patrons.

However, we did have many volunteers and we can not babysit each and everyone. If someone was breaking a rule or endangering themselves, we instructed people to stop (such as walking along the walls of the ruins or swinging from the limbs of trees, and littering).

As far as getting people to pick up their garbage, this is a historical/sacred site...it deserves respect. And just think for a minute how much work & tlc went into throwing something of this calibre? A little help in tidying up ain't much to ask!

In summary: Please do not use message boards to make inaccurate accusations.

Oh, and as far as your comment about how bad the music was at RAVEN, well you're allowed your opinion/ personal tastes, however the line-up was clearly stated on the flyers & the net...so ya didn't have to come if ya didn't want to!

We thank you for your patronage at Raven2005, and wish you better luck in future partying.

And as for garbage, I did my best to clean up, but where the hell were all the garbages?!?!?!?!? Half of my water bottles went in the porta-potties cuz I couldn't find any garbage cans.
I'm not bitching though, cuz I thought that the location and lighting were wicked!!!!

Wow, I thought the party was wicked. Best party by far this city has seen in a while. The music ......I really liked Johnny and Sisk..I agree..I wish Sisk could have finished.

The venue.....Best ever.....what else is there to say about that.

The planning and work it must have taken...very much appreciated.

I think for the most part, people really pitched in to help clean it up, for the respect and so there can be future parties at the venue.
Definitely more garbage cans needed though to do a proper clean up.

Tribe...It was great meeting some more of you. I appreciate you letting me put some jackets in your area.
Although....the candy really did a mind fuck on me because I picked up my sweater from the blanket and threw it back down but grabbed my vest instead...totally forgetting I even had a sweater!!! Guess the candies were that good...hehe
