A) then PvD wouldnt play the tracks
b) if sunshine live would want to promote that, they wouldnt broadcast him, cause they piss off their audience
c) but you really can get that impression

Paul van Dyk stated that during "The Love from Above" that there was an agreement between sunshine-live and him that they had to make an interview when he was playing new tunes. Yes, PvD said that - and they did that during "The Love from Above".
