You get a 'guest' when a user has been removed permantly but someone forgot to delete all thier posts first, so i cant search for any other posts by this user as they now don't exist in the database.

most get automaticly suspended on sign up

they may show as the newest member on the front page of the forums but there is no need to report them unless they actually make a post.
