p.s. it was more then 50% done, the floor needs to be finished and some lighting and part of the ceiling and whatever other minor/not so obvious details that need to be down.

So on Saturday there were no lasers and the cluster of lights on the two overhead squares were not working. Anyone know why they weren't working, or if the lasers will be installed again?

Any idea when everything will be up and running?

Also, are they gong to cover up the ceiling of the new floor they installed outside of the drink? It looks so ugly lol

Im would guess that things have just been a little rushed with the renovations.....with Fashion cares last week, and then Freedom this week the construction crews are probably doing overtime...the ceiling will for sure be covered, and the lasers and overhead lights arn't going anywhere......If you wanna see the completely finished prodect just want for Eddie H.......talk about the perfect DJ to help ring in the new guv.....Main Room is going to be going bonkersss

This is the second date I've set to take my friend, and her sister who just turned 19, to Guv for their first time. The first date was the weekend before May 2-4, but I knew stuff wouldn't be fully done by then.

I just want the Guv to have all the full crazyness of the lights and everything, for their first time at a big club haha.

I know what you mean. You want to break them in with 100% guv. I'd say bring them to Eddie for sure because they are officially advertising that as the grand re-opening, but the promo girl at guv already told me the 25th was supposed to be grand re-opening.. so I don't know. If you wanna be safe.. bring them out in July, lol.

Eddie is on the 2nd, so if I had to put money on it.. I'd go with that. If you want to be 100% about it because you live far away, I'd just wait until you hear on the boards that everything is completely done, then go the next weekend. That's the only way to be completely sure.
