I think thats the expected reaction from the people, Clubbing at guvy is unique, because some will come for the drinks, some for the crowd, some for the drugs, and some for the music.

All these things cost money (entrance minimum) and dont benefit the person in the same way that $20 could (groceries) and people dont put into persepective why they're going there.

Its simple- always ask yourself if the entrance fee is worth the reason your going there, if its not, dont go. If it is, go.

For example: If your complaint is that theres no good DJS and your going there for the reason of music, then you wouldnt go! Or if your complaint is that its always too crowded, but you know the DJ is good and your going there for the music, Then you should probably go.

Personally IMO, people who complain, just dont know what they want, hence shouldnt come at all.

*note- if you have no money for groceries, then you should DEFINATELY not go! lol (seen this before, and they complain the whole night)

heck, I may be only one voice, but I have a right to say whether I think LoL's pricing sucks or not.

this is funny, because it's directed at Graham, who's been clubbing for what, at least 10 years?

No wonder they make you pay for both days. Day 2 is CRAP

There are plenty of multiday festivals that have a per-day price, or even a per-event price (ie: Mutek) that still do well, and have almost every event/day be packed with people.


I'm sure there are lots of people that would want to go on either the Sat or the Sun but not both, and will avoid the event all together because of that.

I guess the question is : Will the amount people who are willing to pay for both nights make up for those who are put-off by not being able to pick one or the other.


Too soon to say, but I have my doubts.....

Nah, no way dubfire will start the night off, my guess is guti, loco dice, dubfire, calderone, then junkies. Last time dubfire played after Calderone during family, and I wished as most people on TA did, that they were switched around, who knows though, that just how I want things to be.
Now with jay z playing the same day it is going to be tough bouncing from room to room to catch a bit of everyone. God dammit guv, why couldn't you even the days out!!!!!!
