i ran the Route 90 bridge today from Biloxi to Ocean Springs. its 1.75 miles each way...and there's a massive like 22% incline/decline hill towards the ocean spring side.
all in all, i t was 3.5 miles long. and that hill was fucking brutal. i'll have to take pics of it; cause its quite a feat to do.
Arms day today w00t. Also I find I'm getting really hungry late night like 11 12 I'm just gonna start going to bed earlier but damn its hard fighting that urge to get a snack or something. Really was craving a line instead though

i can't cut sugar even if i tried, so i don't bother. i just never have more than two servings of sweets in my apartment. with the exception of my sweet tooth i'm ultra healthy...boring i know
Today was like, hardcore day. 20 mins of bike at the highest speed I've ever done it, plus legs, plus tricep, plus abs. Almost 2 hours at the gym. 
I'm staying longer now just to make sure I don't go more than 2 times per week, gym costs money...

that new bridge, from what ive heard, is pretty big. you should have seen the old shithole that people used to have to cross

racquetball is a great sport; and a great way to get cardio in.
Ah man racquetball is pwn!! If I could afford a membership, I'd join the racquet club.
Racquetball is awesome. It's not so awesome getting by one of the balls, though.
w00t so I'm finally getting my strength back lifted heavy on chest today. And I fucking love high intensity cardio all other forms are lame I love seeing people wasting away walking on the treadmill when I'm doing twice as much work in half the time.

still recovering from being sick all last week so stuck to 35min of regular cardio. come wednesday i'll be sweating again \\o//...god i love the gym.

i try to get a full on workout in minimum time so no i don't read anymore...unfortunately. i'm all about the stationary bike or elliptical. i abhor running, i'm convinced its bad for my health.
Ya it was doing some damage on my knee but it now its much better that im running on a treadmill
