Some of you may be interested in hearing this, so I've been able to chuck a sample up online for y'all to check out. It's not the greatest quality (128k wma) but it gives you a good idea of the feel of the track. The sample includes some of the buildup, and the breakdown basically. The only sample we stole from the original is the short vocal sample, the rest we fiddled & tinkered with from scratch.

Mate I have to say that I really like this. I haven't yet heard it on a stereo, pissy headphones at work - but upon first impressions it's great work. My only criticism is that it may need a little accent on the kick drum, drop the volume a touch on the high hats but otherwise it's sounding solid. Get me a copy when it's finished and i'll gladly play that out mate Keep it up!

I just don't find it very dance floor friendly?? I would play it out if the beat was a bit more upbeat. I could see it as a good track to start a set tho.

I wouldn't mind a copy of the final too, might play it at the next A night of trance

muli - point well noted, i will work on the rhythm a bit more to get it more dancefloorish. im thinking of adding another element to the intro as well, it went well on friday night, past the intro so thats something to note, will keep you guys posted.. thanks again for the kind words.
