don't be hating, because you don't have your own countdown. mine is more unique, because i list the 10 worst teams, not the best teams like in espn. and i never made a case about being an expert just because the saints are "good". i still say the saints have many holes to fill, especially on the defensive side, where they let reggie brown burn 4 defenders for the touchdown the other day. i was not too happy about that.

and my dream job is to be doing mnf with tony k and jab with him for 3 hours every monday. it would be hillarious. haha

Antonio Pierce gets fined for the late hit on Michael Vick.
If anyone hasn't seen it yet, Antonio Pierce hit Vick pretty hard when Vick was clearly out of bounds.

Now this is an ordinary fine like any other late hit out of bounds like any other, but this one interests me in 2 ways :

1. the day it was issued. it was issued on friday.
2. the "amount" of the fine and the point that there was no suspension issued with the hit.

This interests me, because i think the NFL is not thinking Michael Vick as a quarterback anymore. he runs out of the pocket too many times, so he gets into these type of hits more often than the normal quarterback. if a quarterback like tom brady(not a scrambling quarterback) would be in this type of situation, the fine and suspension would have been whipped out. Michael Vick's career is going to end in about 2 years, unless Vick learns how to stay in the pocket and make a decent pass.

Rayduhs really should have drafted Leinart instead of a safety. God they are a dumb organization. Shane Walters or Aaron Brooks. That's like death by fire or death by being buried alive. Neither preferable.

One guy I just knew was gonna be a stud this year was Roy Williams. My only question was his health. When you're a top 10 pick and you start off well, by about the 3rd year you transition into a star. I'll bet that Braylon Edwards will be a star next year.
