anyway at least he signed my shirt that ..BUm...he pissed me off..tha guy,,

i had to trow my shirt at that bum...

Almost everyone over-reacted to this when we could have been a bit open-minded about it. Yes, it sucked I agree but gees...it was only on for a minute...then he got back into the set again...

I din have much of a problem with Tiesto's set than I had with the organization at the Docks...Tiesto's set was decent except that a lot of it were older tracks...his transition from one track to another was good and pretty interesting...

But still I had a blast !!! It was a good night overall - the guys who played after Tiesto were also banging it out and they finished with the crazy remix of Coldplay - Clocks which I did not see coming!!! I expected the night to be better but its the Docks which fucked it up...not Tiesto...

BUT not being able to check in the coats was the best blessing in disguise ever - it was freezing inside later during the night...

I have a bunch of vinyl (and a Nyana flyer) signed by Tiesto (including the rare multi-color olympic vinyl set).

I guess it used to be easier to get him to sign stuff.

Not really...like I said, I had that done in 2001 or 2002...and I've had those pants ever since. Never wore them again. I was gonna hang them on my wall...but decided against. Now they're just a keep sake in my closet. I have another pair of the same pants, so I don't really care.

WTF are you talking about? In your world there is a top 40 Trance station in T.O. negating
any need for hard core fans. The afore mentioned who made Tiesto their passion (back down here on this planet) in a time where to even know about the guy you have to go out looking: also being the reason he's set up the way he is, sites like this and why you had a clue. Do you know what a Wednesday night show even means? An easy going attitude is the antiasthis of a hard core fan. Besides, the one thing that sets Trance appart is the journey for f sakes. I didn't pay $125 so he could have a jerk off tribute to some banger. An artist doesn't defile their art because somebody walked in the room. A poser move and a vibe kill. The corner stone to success for Tiesto has always been that a DJ is nothing if he isn't connecting with his dance floor. That was like getting splashed with cold water in your sleep. Then the whole T shirt thing ...Bahhh! Fuck it!

I don't think he should be working on "business" while he's trying to spin and please a crowd of around 2,000 by playing some random stuff. If he wants to makes some business decisions...do it outside of the DJ booth. It looks like that song didn't go over to well w/ some of the TAs here (including me) and some of the fans. I personally hate that R&B stuff and can never seem to get away from it! I usually expect to go to a club and expect not to hear that stuff..especially Tiesto.

But hey...what can you do.
