Despite not living in the US, it's extremely sad such an incident has happened. Makes you think why the world has come to stuff like this. 
RIP to the victims and condolances towards their families.

several things i was wondering:
They said the serial # was filed off the gun. Are serial #s an international policy for all weapons?
If not (if its only an american policy), is it possible for a student visa to be enough ID to purchase a gun in the lax gun control states?
