IMO online dating is a 40/60 chance that you'll meet someone to date. Whether that person is worth your time and effort is more about luck...I'd say a 10% chance you'll meet a guy/girl that isn't fugly, with a nice disposition and a lot of admirable qualities.

There are a lot...I mean a LOT! of sick pervs, vain, materialistic phonies that go from site to site. So many jaded people with hang ups about every little thing they can find. It's hard to look past all that for their great qualities.

Example of a first meet dialogue:
"So I think if a women isn't willing to give it up within the first 2 dates, then she's a prude". or the classic "I like to f*ck, do you"

Oh yeah...they get classier LOL!!! DigiNut is Right!!!!

After the collapse of my relationship (May the ex's god protect him & his mid life crisis/multiple partnerS. Too Sick and ewwy for my taste) I tried some online sights.
I didn't like the quality of men I met.
I'm sad to report that Educated, Intellecutal, independent cool guys with a lot of knowledge in music, don't go to these sights at all. So I changed my status to friendship and focused on my career and independant life.

Anyways, luck smiled at me. A year later, when throwing parties, a guy decided to come to one of my parties and now we are engaged and making plans for a family.
The best thing about him is that he is; Understanding, compassionate, supportive, funny, optimistic, proactive.
Best of all: He's Educated, European, has a sweet disposition and is my soul mate.

The biggest lesson I've learned is that you find out real fast who your real friends are when your relationship collapses. Don't count on all your friend to be supportive, and watch out for the ones who look to use and take advantage of you when you're down ---> especially the sick pervs that target these sites.

Have a great day everyone

Always be careful.

You could end up meeting the Gothopotamus.
