1:23 and still no pvd... who fucking called it?

Had a blast........it was great seeing a lot of you again and it was great to meet a few other FLTA's lol.









Before I forget, thank you to Dream Beamz for being there when 'Todd' the annoying guy wouldn't leave me alone ahahahahah. Fucking ay that guy was on crack.

Just got off the terrace now... By far the best PvD set I've ever heard - Was an amazing time~~

Review: hahaha well LP was on until like 2 or so but I'm happy he played Kyau and Albert I thought PvD was fucking great. The crowd loved it, I loved it, it was a good first experience on the terrace can't wait for the next one!

Yessssssss! I think you posted a video of pvd playing this song like a year ago and I discovered the name cuz of you haha because I really did hear it back in 1998-1999 on the radio but never remembered the name. When are you coming back Melllll? I've only met half of the cyclops duo (lis) lol.

i was hoping he'd play it that infamous terrace/after hours set and he did.

the vid rose is talking about was posted by pipe007. He was playing it in a festival in Colombia

WOW! PVD threw it down really good! He is definitely one of my fav dj's again. This set took a huge dump on his WMC set. I really felt the vibe from him and he was having good interaction this night. It seemed like he was really into it and happy to be playing in Miami.

Funny thing is LP did a really good job opening for PVD but he played PVD's intro song as his last song. Good thing PVD got there in time to realize he played "308" than PVD changed his intro up which was nice.

I give credit where credit is due, so first off let me thank Space for finally bringing variety and trance back to Space and MIAMI. Good job guys, may we have another and soon. With that said, it was a great party IMO. Perfect weather to enjoy a terrace set, listen to great music, and drink like fish. So we did just that. Nice crowd also, but not crammed.

PVD played good, much better than WMC, which was bad IMO. Not his best set, but definitely a good one with a nice energy and flow to it. Started just after 1:30 and ended a little before 6:00 a.m. I love how he started his set, dropping tons of high-energy trance for the first 1.5 hours. Dropped everything from tech-trance to more melodic build ups with hard breakdowns galore at the start. After 1.5 hours he started dropping more house with some trance for a while, yet the house he did play was mostly hard or tech-house and worked. So it was much more bearable than that horrid electronic pop music he played in the middle of his WMC set. The last hour he definitely played great, with a few classics thrown in - We're Alive remix for example was awesome.

I think it's better with PVD on the terrace now but with this weather it was amazing! I forgot to add the crowd was amazing! Definitely beats the get in free regular cracked out crowd!

Damn wish the night didn't end so fast but I am glad he did play an extended set. It's like we got him for main hours and a little bit of after hours PVD

I was floored for a part of his set but I snapped out of it and started dancing my ass off like crazy lol. Good to have seen some of you and said hi!

Honestly I doubt it. PVD is all they bring off season anymore and PVD only pulls enough people to bring him twice a year at that (really I thought the turnout was kinda off for a Saturday)

You have a good point there! Yeah the loft was not packed but I mean I thought the terrace was pretty slammed. I would prefer for it to not be a sardine can anyways.

yeh, i get it. Back in the day it would have been a different pull and all events would have been packed. Did the terrace ever get rammed for afterhours?

the way i look at it is the "sardine can effect" causes PVD to be more into it and makes LP smile and want to bring Paul back. I can assure you that the turnout was not good enough to make the money handlers at space happy. I actually happen to like it when you cant move much, but i understand when others dont.

Yeah heard Puig was pretty pissed about ticket sales hope he still brings PVD back or PVD has to cut his fee down.

It seemed like Paul was really into to me. I saw him having great crowd interaction and dancing in the booth.

Exactly. And also because it was not free to get in like it usually is. They were even charging for the main room, and it was empty in the mainroom at 12:45 when we walked in. So the people that were on the terrace actually paid to get into Space & see PVD, as opposed to other weeks when 95% of the crowd gets in free & would not pay to get into Space.
