It wasn't common sense that implied we live in a heliocentric universe, there was nearly 2000 years between Aristotle and Copernicus, implying many, many years of:

a)scientific development

b)[violent] promulgation of Aristotle's geocentric Universe by the Church.

Glad you mention Aristotle who, like you, made baseless assumptions about reality on many occasions. The man is a philosopher, not a scientist. But, in the truther conspiracy world, anything can be true without facts. Just leave out Copernicus's name. Truthers mentioning his name is just an insult to all of science.

Actually, the problem is that, for too long, this forum has been almost exclusively about the Middle East (including 9/11). I'm not here to tell users what to debate but, regarding 9/11, it happened 8 years ago, and it's the same people discussing the same arguments over and over!

Here's a thread you guys can use, it's pointless to keep spreading this discussion all over the place.

visual evidence of thermite reaction in videos, Silverstein using the demolition term "pull", and oh so much more.

Seems pretty obvious given the evidence imo. To think otherwise is simply irrational, no different than being religious.

I'm pretty sure that the same people that did the real 9/11 also took down that Dash-8 last week!

Given what evidence? There is no evidence on your part. Rather than those who rely on scientific inquiry, such as the NIST report, it is you conspiracy theorists who religiously pursue empty conspiracy theories.

Its easily explained by shoddy workmanship from mob payed construction crews from New Jersey. Duh.

I mean buildings in other countries collapse all the time due to crappy construction even when they arent suffering a fire in a transformer station inside the building and have had a half million tons of debris fall on it and take out one side of the building.

there wasn't any molten steel (another fallacy), and even if there were, having it "molten" for two months after the collapses is not an indication of thermite. which you would know if you knew how thermite worked, but alas.

I never said you hate America or freedom, so let's not resort to throwing around straw mans. His evidence is...a tiny piece of iron, which he assumed comes from a thermite reaction. So how does he determine that iron comes from a thermite reaction, and not simply a component of the building itself. He doesn't. This "visual evidence" from the towers could be many other things than a thermite reaction. You know, a plane loaded with thousands of gallons of jet fuel hit the building, SURPRISE! His theory has more holes than swiss cheese.

So, how is a CIA guy advocating a new investigation any evidence whatsoever of a conspiracy. It isn't. I'm all for an independent investigation, but don't trump this as if it proves something.
