omg its this weekend!! can't wait!

Posted by queen_vee on Oct-03-2005 02:50:

This is going to be the best event I have ever gone to, if I could have hand picked the lineup myself I would have basically come up with what we've been served!

How do I convince my bestest friend that the music really will be so much better than the other more recent events she's been to? Miss this lineup, and you've, well... missed it! It won't be repeated in the near future! Silly girl, shame on her.

Anyways, I've got those butterflies that come with anticipation of something grande! Roll on Saturday night...

it really depends on what type of music your friend likes.. will it really be that different to any event she has been to in the past?? depends on the events really.

Posted by Teflon_Teapot on Oct-03-2005 03:50:

all of my friends have decided not to go, for various reasons ranging from lame to lamer. so i have decided that i dont care if they are not going and that this lineup is not to be missed so I am going on a commando mission. going to be a rather interesting experience going to something this big like that, but oh well.

there sounds like there will be alot of you front and centre so with any luck i will run into you guys otherwise i will probably just be off with the fairies going nuts to an insane lineup.

Posted by alex_cooke on Oct-03-2005 04:45:

Meh, dont feel so bad. None of my friends like EDM either so i am also going on my own. I'm really just there to hear the music but hopefully, i'll bump into some cool people who decide to adopt me as a friend for the night...

yeah i guess so, i have not been to a massive event like this alone, i have always gone in a group so it will be a new experience.

Its the first time i've been to an event like this ever. I've only just turned 18 so its pretty much the first major event like this i've been to. As i said hopefully i'll find sometime to adopt me but if i dont, its not the end of the world...

lol, dont worry about groups or who to take with to big parties. meeting randoms is half the fun, we don't usually regroup until early in the morning anyway!

Posted by Teflon_Teapot on Oct-03-2005 05:32:

i will adopt you alex. we can try and find randoms together and run amok.

you have certainly picked a good event as your first one to go to. gods kitchen was my first major event and i still dont think i have been to another since then that has topped that night. hopefully with this years lineup it will be up there.

I'm sure it wont be too difficult.

I'll die if:
a) BT drops Godspeed/Sunblind - i'm sure he will, but i'm just gonna die when he does
b) Above & Beyond play Silence 2004 (Above & Beyond 21st Century Mix) - I SO hope they do
c) Gabriel & Dresden drop the Coldplay bootleg they've been playing lately - awesome...

Just thought i'd share with everybody... cause right now its better than doing Legal Studies homework.

yes if those songs are dropped the crowd will go wild.

i want BT to play Flaming June, i love that song. then you can also add another dozen songs to that list that will put me on cloud nine. well i be like that for the whole night but there are a few songs in particular.

Posted by kelsta on Oct-03-2005 06:49:

Thankgod Scotty's set doesn't clash too much with Tom Neville.

Posted by tachyon on Oct-03-2005 07:02:

but poor bleasy would have no support since everybody will be in the gods arena for g&d...

Posted by queen_vee on Oct-03-2005 07:02:

A terrible clash!!

The Hybrid & BT clash is seriously stressing me out... not cool!

Methinks the non-clashing headliners should run G&D, BT, Hybrid, Nick Warren. I could possible survive without A&B. If I had to!

Can everyone randomly spam Future so this matter can be sorted for me?

kthankxby
