Holy FUCKING BBQ.

Today I went for a little ride for lunch. I had a large bottle of water in the front seat along with my PSP. I made one BAD hairpin turn and the water fell ALL over my PSP!

I pulled over to the side of the road and pulled out my game (Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops) and my 1GB memory stick..alas the PSP was dead. I was totally bummed. While at work, I made a phone call and asked my sister to let me borrow the money to get another one....and she agreed. She would get the PSP for me after work, and I'd pay her back Friday.

After work, I go to my car, and decide to try the dead PSP one more time....

WHAT THE FUCK. IT WAS ALIVE AGAIN!!!!

I decide, screw it. I wanted a new PSP anyway. My old one had taken a HELL of a beating, and that water was the straw that broke the camel's back....

So now....

I have TWO PSPs....

...and the brand new one I got came with firmware 2.71. Luckily for me, there was a downgrade process, so now I'm down to 1.50, and have DevHook installed so I can emulate 3.03.

PSP Hacks for the muthafuckin' WIN.

Here's a pic of BOTH psps running emulated 3.03 firmwares...I love the Angel avatar so it's the wallpaper for both of my PSPs. The brand new one is the one on the bottom.

Today I placed an order to get Metal Gear Solid: Digital Graphic Novel for PSP, which is based on Metal Gear Solid 1 for PS1/Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes for Game Cube....

....and at work, someone threw away a PERFECTLY good Dell 17" monitor, so I grabbed it and am using it now.

i wanna buy motorstorm, but then i think about all the drugs i could buy with that money, and i change my mind instantly. also, virtua tennis 3 on march 20....will kick so much ass even Rocky Balboa will notice.

Yes indeed my friend. You can never have too many portable systems.

Just went out and got some cool skins for both of my PSPs.

The Scarface skin for my old, beat-up, takes-a-licking-and-keeps-on- ticking PSP....

And a cool blue lightning for my newer, still in perfect condition PSP.

oh dude, that game is a god. to be honest, i play N64 more than I play my PS3 and 360 COMBINED. usually its the system we play when were all hangin out. NBA Hang Time is AMAZING as well. we've put more hours into that game than I care to admit.

Hang Time, International Superstar Soccer, & Smash Bros., & Diddy Kong Racing is all you ever need. I'd include Goldeneye, but I absolutely cannot play that game anymore. How the fuck are you supposed to aim with one joystick?!?!?!?

If you've never played that soccer game, it has the most repetitive commentary ever, is easy as hell to play, and always leads to taunting. Basically, all the elements of a hilariously enjoyable sports game.

FUCK YEAH i got international superstar soccer as well. i can trace my playing the hell outta that game since Jr. high. fucking awesome game. and aiming in goldeneye is a total bitch with the c buttons.
