I suppose I should wrtie my review...
First of all, just want to say that this could have been one of the worst nights of my life. But thanks to 2 smiling faces, nothing could have made my night better.
Spitty- thank you, you are a complete doll, you will LOVE Ibiza, and I will prep you before u go...lol. I will also make love to you if i ever change sides.
Iliptikal Orbitz (Andrew)- Sweetie, not enough words, hugs, or love could express how wonderful you made my night. You saved me from boredom, and you put yourself out for my friends that didnt even know you. Thanks for showing me what sick dirty beats can do to my attitude
Ok so my night started off around 8, grabbed a large hawaiian pizza, with lotsa dipping sauce and downed half of it with my friend before dolling myself up to go out. (the dolling didnt last too long) We downed a few coronas, and headed out to kingstreet to drink some more with my friends from spain and their lovers.
We made our way through a ghetto neighbourhood being picked up by a bunch of teenage hoodlums, and then foudn outrselves a cab that would actually take 5 ppl.
We got to the KH around 11pm, and the line up wasnt that long, but I thought it would be worse of a wait. We were in in 10 mins. In the line I met Spitty and her bf who were trying to sell a ticket. So there was my first happy moment!
We got in, dropped off our ackets and headed straight into KH, jammed for a little while to MO who was superb let me say, gave alot more to the crowd than i have heard him do before, and then decided to hit up the Drink. Danced arounf for a lil while till around 1 with my friend Off The Wall Paul
Saw and ex bf form highschool who was a bar tender in the VIP drink bar. Dance around to some hip happinin beats, and tried texting Andrew. He was in the guvy, and there was no way I was braving it on the main floor. I walked around the paramtere litened to some Lee Burridge- who wasnt too shabs at all to say the least. Also stuck around for some sander, didnt hear the fruit, burnnnnnnnnnnnnn so i left. And so I headed back around to kool haus to catch some joshy and oak.
The whole time im looking around because i hear this crazy guy somewhere near thats screaming "WICKED WICKED WICKED...".. Im like... wtf i know him from somewhere... TA! So Sean C. I saw you
You turned around and looked at me, but u may not have know who I was. Josh and oakey were unreal fun and i quite enjoyed.
Finally after the first quarter of oakey I found Andrew. (Just so you all know I was dancing amoungst a goup of all the TA's. So I was with you all).
Then andrew And I and 2 of my friends visited the Orange room for some Icey where I met Sasha and Andrews friend tony, and did some little groovey moves of myself. ps icey was way too sexy.
Over the night we also visited Acid, the drink, gallery, orange, etc... so greta. I have to say Sydney Blu actually made my night. she was.. ORGASMIC. I have to say female djs= sexy, and I wana be one.
There was a song she spun....something to do with SWEAT! someone has to help me out here, it was something along the lines of "dance until you sweat, sweat sweat sweat.." soooooo sexy...came back to koolhaus, realised my friend had her purse stolen...wooohooo looked for it for like 2 hrs (thnx Andrew once again)
As for armin.... mehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..... I will dance to anything. He was ok.. but I realised im a House Head at heart... and break beats/ dirty jungle tribal beats may just be my second love.
Got a piggy back to a VW
@ 8am and a drive hom... not too shabs!
Thanks for a spectacular night all....
*MWAH*

I got in near the end of Gabriels set to the sounds of As The Rush Comes, which is awesome, because I've wanted to hear that song in the club forever, and I had lost hope since it's old now.
Gabriel was really slow but whatever, he's not the headliner, he's supposed to take it easy.
Oakenfold came on and destroyed the place, but the Kool Haus was way too packed, I couldn't dance, so I smoked a J instead and zoned out to the beats. I've never been dissapointed with an Oakie set (even though it seems 90% of the TA world hates him) and last night was no different.
Armin stunk the place up with yet another lazy, half-assed, poorly mixed set with lots of popular songs. He's 4 for 4 on dissapointing me live. I'll stick to listening to ASOT on the radio from now on.
It was interesting to see that Oakenfold showed up Armin so badly. Seems the master's still got some funk in him
I'm really getting tired of being stuffed into a sardine can at the Guv/KH. No matter where you stand on that dance floor you get assholes pushing past you every 30 seconds. Never mind the fact that most of the time I'm moving out of the way already and I still get pushed. I like to dance, and when I have no room to do so, I get surly. Destiny parties at The Docks continue to put The Guvernment to shame.
MarkT, good to finally meet you. You dissapeared when I was ready to smoke another one, no matter, we'll catch eachother at another event I'm sure. I've met your buddy there tons of times and never realized he was even a TA lol (nor can I remember his name for that matter).
Anyway, thanks to Oakie, my night was still awesome, but Guv is more or less permanently off-limits for the rest of my clubbing career.
Actually the only problem I had with last night was the fandemoneum and the people who were literally on top of the decks during the first 20 minutes of Armin's set until security came and pulled them off...
I do have to give credit to Armin though for putting up with it and signing autographs non-stop throughout the whole set...most DJs don't do that

| Originally posted by TheVrk Ya that really was pissing me off. It just looked so stupid and unprofessional - 5-8 ppl on their knees on stage peeping over to harass Armin RELENTLESSLY. I hope next time it doesnt last 2 mins instead of 20 like last night |
Anyone knows if any of these decedence sets were recorded?
I so much wanna hear what went on there.
cheers.
Set of the night: Lee Burridge. WOW.
Didn't see Danny Howells but wish I had mostly b/c Armin's set was meh...except I think I would've liked the latter half. Left when he was dropping "Linking People" (which is on PoD 2), only decent tune up to that point imo...from what I remember the rest was ok but nothing mindblowing...no energy really. I just felt lacking. Shout outs to the TAs I usually end up talking to. Ivan been a while and I hope your adventures in the EU end up being amazing man.
Nice meeting Kris and everyone else.
