if you don't know who to vote for or don't want to vote for the clowns in your riding.

Present yourself at the polling station, show your id and ask to cancel your vote.

You will have done your citizen's duty.

btw a vote gives 2$ to the party you select.

Ok, I don't care who you vote for, just do it. We need more young minds voting.

Its easy to do.. just go to http://www.elections.ca/ and put in your postal code.. all your questions will be answered.. location, candidates, info you need etc..

FYI: You don't need to go to your parents house, you can vote from your current residence (even if you drivers license says a different address).. all you need is a piece of mail proving your new address.. just go to elections.ca and read, all the questions are answered..

VOTE TODAY!! DO IT!!! VOTE VOTE VOTE!!

I think you just proved with that comment that you're right on par with those "scary, backwards, racist people".

Edit: Hah, almost missed this:

I'm sure he's popular enough in Canada for it, but one has to be a Canadian citizen to be an eligible candidate in a Canadian election, so no, he wouldn't win. Besides, give Canadian voters some credit - we did manage to finally vote out the federal Liberals after 12 excruciatingly long years.

no, but thank you! we need a candidate here in Toronto!

It promises, like its predecessor, not to keep any of its promises if elected. Among its early platform planks was to "take away soldiers' weapons, replace them with paintball guns, and repaint Havana." The party has also proposed a mandatory national gas barbecue registry, a guaranteed weekly orgasm and the creation of an army of clowns to travel the world promoting peace and laughter.

I think Dion will resign which will be good for the Liberal Party....but it means the Conservatives will basically have free reign for the next two years.
