what the fuck happened tonight? I'm drinking peach snaps...is that habs desperation or what?
Best game of the year.
Montreal acquired Dominic Moore from the Florida Panthers in exchange for a 2011 second-round pick. Not a bad pick up at all.
i'm hearing that we may be getting frolov in a deal today.
Yeah, that was a sick game... I lost my voice at the Bell Center.

La is a little thin at center.

Habs ship D'Agostini to Blues for Palushaj
Matt D'Agostini.THE CANADIAN PRESS
ST. LOUIS -- The Montreal Canadiens traded Matt D'Agostini to the St. Louis Blues in exchange for American Hockey League prospect Aaron Palushaj on Tuesday night.
The 23-year-old D'Agostini had two goals and two assists in 40 games with the Canadiens this season.
In 94 games with Montreal, the six-foot, 198-pound forward had 14 goals and 11 assists.
The Sault Ste. Marie, Ont., native was originally drafted by the Canadiens in the sixth round of the 2005 NHL draft.
D'Agostini is expected to join the Blues on Thursday for their game in Dallas.
In 44 games with the Peoria Rivermen this season, the 20-year-old Palushaj had five goals and 17 assists in 44 games.
The Northville, Mich., native was taken by the Blues 44th overall in the 2007 draft.
pretty uneventful trade deals so far, three hours to go so we'll see what happens...
all the big moves have already been done i think.
the only thing i expect to happen is the Blackhawks/Caps/Flyers going after a goalie...and the Leafs/Oilers/Canes shedding the bucks.
Montreal isn't going to do anything, because there isn't much they can do. At least they got something for Dags...he is never going to be a full time NHL guy i think, so even if the other guy never plays it is no biggie.
Taylor Hall as a Bruin looks very possible
yeah, Leafs are five points up on Edmonton with 20 games left. They lost even bit more scoring up front with Poni traded but Edmonton looks sooo bad right now.
90 mins to go...you're probably right but the last hour could produce something newsworthy, we'll see
. Lots of parity and cap issues too.
the winner of the day so far looks like Phoenix.
they finally got rid of Mueller, and picked up a few decent assets for nothing. Not enough for a cup run imo, but they got better today and it cost them zilch.
Halpern to LA is interesting.
the Caps added a little grit.
lol Toskala shipped to Calgary.
Calgary Flaming Leafs?
