I still haven't gone out since the news that he passed away. I just began listening to music.

I also realized that I am going to go out for the first time when I go to Toronto.. somewhere he loved

So yayyy! I'm sure he'd be so happy for me to see all his friends again. He is the reason why I know so many TOTA's. <3

I know it's torture but I just read our wall to wall comments on FB. I joined kinda late so I don't have many.. but:

Raul M What's up bro. I had no idea that the Armin/Markus dinner was our first time meeting! It made me remember all the good times we had after that, and we had so many. Gotta thank Renzo for bumping up that thread, huh? Can't wait to hang with you again. Much love, your big bro DA.

Very very sorry to hear of this, my thoughts are with all those who knew him, but in particular to Mel. I used to talk to Raul back in the day, really nice guy.

Depression is a terrible terrible thing, and I don't think a lot of people take it seriously enough in general public.

Wow, I had no clue this had even happened. Raul was one of the nicest people in the world and we have lost a beautiful and wonderful person. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and all of his friends.

I'm at a loss for words...

He is missed by everyone. I wish Raul knew this before he made his choice. I love my big brother always

Can't believe it has been a month already

I cried a lot on Friday because memories popped in my mind and I also listened to A&B .: Alone Tonight...I won't be able to hear that track without crying. He used to love that one too.

Melissa you are not the only one who does that!I was also supriced as well to see that when i checked his facebook account I notice I have left so many comments in his wall..

I felt and still feel kinda guilty because I remember we had a chat about Rank 1 and Jochen Miller track and how much we wanted both to see Miller... One week before he died Miller came here for a wicked party and I feel guilty for pausing all the time to send jim an new email even that I had a strong bad feeling that something bad was going to happen..

The date he died I was thinking of him very strongly to send him a text msg but.. Jordy send me a pm via facebook to inform me and all the plans just gone..

I miss him..

edit : How nice to see a note from Markus.. He was a biggest fan of Ferry but he never replied to my email .. Thats shows how great person along with the djing Markus is...

I joined facebook kinda late so we didn't have many but the few messages we shared together he did always seem to say he loved me so I guess that matters more.

I of course wish he were still here. I don't think I could ever make another friend like him.

Friday is Canada - one of his fav TA destinations so it should be fun. I haven't gone out since Thanksgiving weekend and mostly because I was just too sad to go out and party.

I am happy and sad about my trip to toronto. Gonna have to face it.. Raul and I had many of the same friends and I knew so many of them because of him. So I guess that's why I sometimes cry a little at the thought of going over there.

There is a huge difference with Markus and Ferry.

Raul was one of Markus' very first fans and Raul supported him so much.

We all know Raul's taste was high up there so for him to show up to all those Mama Mia's, Space's, Voodoo lounge and what not, when Markus wasn't even on the Dj Map Top 100.. showed that he respected and loved Markus.

I am very happy for what Markus did because he saw the great person we all saw in Raul.

It's a bit more personal with Markus then with Ferry.

Well Raul was laid to rest today. I think they spread his ashes in a good location.


They spread his ashes along the rocks and in the waters of Virginia Beach in Key Biscayne.

So it looks like Raul will be with us always at the BBQ's.

that was a great location.

The next BBQ should be dedicated to him, he will be right there with us

I didnt meant it with the bad way ofcource,and I do know he gets alot of emails!But I just mention a fact that happend and why I am so supriced with Him because me and Raul we were more connected each other with Ferry for various reasons (I dont think you care anyway to read them)

But I am so happy to see a note from Markus really.. Respect to that!

Well the beach cleanup project is in mid April.

Unfortunately thats the time of the next one.

Still can't believe DA is gone. 1 month already

As for the spreading his ashes in Key Biscayne, that was nice thing. Everytime from now on when we do a BBQ there, we will know his presence will be with us......except when the DJ is playing house! So next BBQ, NO house music!!! All trance!!!
