Taken a forced week off due to illness. I know it's good to take a break every now and again - but I keep having irrational thoughts that I'm becoming a fat body, lol.

Haha I can relate :P Popped a vertebrae couple of weeks ago back while doing pushups. I knew I shouldve stayed in bed and smoke weed to relaxe the muscles, but I reckoned pumping some blood into the muscles might help put shit back in place, but it had the complete opposite effect, so instead of staying maybe 2 days in bed I got a week and a half lol. Sure feels good picking up the weights after that though, but I always overdo it when I get "back on the horse", so the other day I fucking managed to procure three nice stripes of stretch marks going along the inside of the right bicep haha.. Fucking sexxxy :P

Can't fucking wait till summer when I get to pop my shirt off without people freaking out telling me I've "got to be crazy" and "I'm gonna catch a cold" and that "it's snowing for Gods sake".

I am on the North Korean diet. One bowl of rice a day.

Posted by Lagrangian on Apr-19-2013 01:15:

not funny, Nou.

anyways, i've been keeping my body healthy these days by running a few miles here and there, and pyramid lifting strategies on top.

Going to bed at a decent time.

what up?!

what he said rings true...you either got it or you don't...toughness of mind is key!

Posted by Silky Johnson on Apr-22-2013 00:29:

Took 5 days off because last gym day it was closed due to resurfacing of the floors. So of course I got lit the fuck up that same night (er, please refer to drunk post ^^^^)and ended up not leaving my house until today, lol.

I had a surprisingly good workout! I got pretty amped because of new tunes and just didn't want to stop.

Cardio x 30mins
Walking curtsy lunges 3 x 24, superset with 1.5 mins of planks
Goblet squats 30lbs 3 x 12, superset with v-ups
Leg press 90lbs 3 x 12 per leg, superset with lower leg raises
Hamstring curl 70 lbs 3 x 12
Bicep curl 7.5lbs 3 x 12, superset with lateral fly 7.5lbs
Bench dips 3 x 12, superset with back + side extensions 15lbs on the roman chair

I was gonna do some pushups but the gym was closing. :/

RAWR!

I need to add swimming to the queue.

Posted by Silky Johnson on Apr-23-2013 03:42:

Yeah every summer I say that too, yet the only time I use the pool is when we have company. This year!

Posted by Lagrangian on Apr-23-2013 03:46:

yeah, running is the only physical activity i can consistently keep up with. On the other hand, swimming is tempting because I happen to have a nice swimming pool at L.A Fitness.

You know what I need? some N 0 - Xplode.

I'm looking to get ripped, maybe lose 10 pounds. That's it! Well, easier said than done.

If you really want to lose weight try OxyElite i used that stuff for a month and lost 40 lbs. Sorta expensive but does the trick. It curbs your appetite and gives you sooooo much energy lol

Thanks!

I've only "sampled" OxyElite from GNC, therefore I cannot attest its full efficacy.

Doesn't that shit make you feel awful though? I tried fat burners once and the anxiety it gave was sooooo brutal. Worst feeling.

Aren't pretty much all of those things just various forms of speed?

Posted by Silky Johnson on Apr-24-2013 20:40:

That's what I thought.

Well, I thought 'speed' and its derivatives (racemic amphetamine salts, etc) were controlled substances?
