EDIT: holy shit picture discs are amazing!!! They have virtually no staticness and attract hardly any dust or dirt...all vinyl should be made with this material

Chemical Records are accurate with their 'who's played it' though as I tend to follow the play lists on most DJ sites. Just too see what people are playing and then hunt it down myself if I don't have it.

as for the label info thing... all records from border community have the BPM, key, and even a wave display of how the tracks go and even an "advised mixing section". Space Manoueuvres 3 also has bpm and key.
