hmmm...cant say the same erik.
well it took three stitches, and after a 25 dollar entrance fee and another 50 bucks on drinks, the less than helpful staff and a 1500 dollar emergency room fee without insurance pretty much seals the deal of my opinion of Vinyl.
im ok, and ill survive the redic cost, but every trip of mine to vinyl since sander has just gotten worse and worse. i understand that helping me too much after the cut may have shown some sort of liability for them. but then again, just giving me bar towels is pretty fucking weak. (oh and they didnt even try to clean up the puddle or broken glass)
after WoW, getting my money back was a lost cause...and i sent them an email after that show that never got returned. needless to say im not going back to 1082 broadway for a long long time|
My god is sasha on his fuckin game or what? I seriously think he can give the trance djs a run for number one this year. He played fuckin awesome on sunday night. Speaking of awesome I was totally impressed with Desyn, that was probably the best warm up set I've ever heard.
It was good to see everyone out that night.
Colin I hope your hand isn't too bad, that shit looked deep, I also hope that vinyl at least gave you guys your money back

so ive been urged to go to small claims court...i doubt thats a viable option. tantalizing tho - id imagine spending more on lawyers than the medical claim. plus vinyl is great at not serving their customers anything other than expensive drinks.
i dont think i will. i just wish i could get a serious response from their management. after WoW im not hoping too highly.
i hate to reminisce on this, at least at the church i feel i could contact *someone* that has some sort of humanity. with my experience with vinyl - not possible. i guess i just get to line up with the casualties.

you mangs should make a boulder run, the weekend of the 10th has my friend Kris showing up for some Kube Spel, drinkin and pissin on things. should be killer.

i was thinkin along the same lines as you, as far as vinyl goes. then i thought, it'd probably end up turning out to be more trouble than it's worth...unfortunately. i mean, if you can't even get someone on the phone they wouldn't even show up for a court date
a boulder run is definitely in order, just not the 10th though. me and mindsmasher are going to hotlanta 9th-12th for some sasha/steve porter action. could sort sommat out for the weekend after we get back...or a little more down the line.
