Anybody got any more suggestions on how to make mine more interesting? I'm still not 100% happy with it. Do you think a semi-transparent honey would be too cliched or should I try finding one?

What does everybody think of this? I finally thought I'd sit down and create something, and it took me the best part of a day to get it where I liked it, but I think it's probably the only decent thing I've done. Not sure about the girl though... might remove that layer.



Anyway I think I'll use it coz I'm fed up with messing about and need something final. May I never load paintshop pro again

I love it Spad.
What effect did you use to get that wavey shit on the left of the sig.

I pasted the palm trees then surrounded it with a white Corona (whatever that is, comes with eye-candy). There's a default plasma setting with Corona so I fiddled about with it, made it thicker and a bit transparant. I also did the same with the text, but it's a lot thinner. It just made it blend into the flare better (flare was part of the original background image).

The other version I came up with was this:



but I didn't think it stood out as much as the other one.

Do you have the full version of eye-candy?
I cannot find it anywhere.
I been looking for that and Xenofx and can't find cracked versions of them anywhere on the net.
Do you have an ftp so I can dl eye-candy from ya?

I just downloaded the demo version from their site, then cracked it with a crack from http://www.wtcracks.com/e.html . There are a few mirrors of the file, some lead to pron but one of them works.

i think the idea is nice.. but this "have a go sig" isnt that nice...

The font sux (dunno if ya want everyone to exactly use this jpg)
Its a jpg so no layers..which you allready used in yr psd and saved it as an jpg

This might be a better idea..

Make 1 rule.. TrancEaddict must be the word where the sig is based on.. so no fancy graphix and in the left corner a small 10pts "tranceddict" txt..

Maybe decide a max size 2.. Dont make it as big as yrs lol..

Also decide if its allowed to alter each others graphix.. (i myself hate it when other people start messing with my stuff or somebody elses :-)

I think the orginal idea is best, but we do need rules. And yeah, it probably takes up too much room in your sig, so how about having a seperate thread in the chillout room? The first post could contain the image and then all updates can be sent to yourself or posted in the thread.

But you will always replace the old image with the new one, so the first post in the thrad will always be the latest version.

To stop it getting out of hand, people are only allowed to make one change at a time (for instance add a background image, add a light, add some text, add an effect etc) and are not allowed to go over / remove anybody elses additions. There's no need to keep the layers seperate because you wont be modifying it as such, only adding to it.

So for instance, on the blank sig, I might just decide to change the text color to red. Then somebody else might change the background to a texture. Then somebody might actually texture the text, then somebody else might add a cute chick, then somebody else.... am I explaining too much? I think so. You get the idea anyways.
