Yeap, i'm french, and in france, as usual (laughs), we do not DO as ours neighbours... :]
In france, only muslims or jews will do circumcision...
It will only be done for religious purpose @ 99%...
i red that almost 70% of americans are cut... can you tell me if it's true ?
i can't believe it....
it sounds so weird to cut it to prevent some stuff that mostly never happens...

Cos on surgery principles, it looks a little bit outdated for real...
