No, 99% of the time, the reason why a woman cannot cum is because of a mental reason, not physical. Women are very psychologically involved when it comes to their sexual satisfaction.
If she cannot cum boys, don't think that it's because you can't do your job right, especially if you've done it right hundreds of times before, just remind yourself that she might be very stressed, tired, had a bad day, or whatever.
