I have to agree with that! I kept wandering back and forth between gallery and koolhaus... always a good time in the gallery.

I should have stayed in koolhaus for more of Blank and Jones, but the gallery was calling me back!

so my review at last.
came through the guestlist line. noticed all lines were moving fast(was worried that it'd be a real bitch to stand under the rain for an hour but thankfully it didnt happen ) )
driving conditions were horrible without a doubt...these winds is what i hate about the cold


came into the KH, Porter was ripping it apart. Loved the set!!
I like guvernment much more when they open the whole complex. this way I seem to always find room to dance, otherwise some events are just terrible due to the severe lack of dancing space.

so next came Junkie..and O M G wow. I was truly amazed and still am..wow!
Picotto ive never seen before. can't say i was dissapointed just some parts were worse than others...
and then finally came Blank and Jones...more than fashionably late!! I think we all were screaming for those guys!!!
All the TAs - it was awesome to meet a looot of you! (Im the blonde girl with the ponytail and green glowsticks if that tells you anything? hehe)
Came up to meet the enthusiastic Jamie "oh! come I'll take you to meet everyone! ..they're all bored of Picotto and ran away to guv, but they'll be here soon!" (around 4:30am) then the TAs quickly took over the dance floor...

The night started off great, with meeting second sun at the pre-party, they had some hilarious stories! 2 very down to earth artists..

to all the ladies of TA... DAMN, you were all loooking great.. mmmm damn... The ratio of guys to girls is much much better than it was in 2001... keep the recruiting going!

Porter dropped some great tracks which caused me to break my no dancing till picotto rule..

Junkie XL.. damn that guy has a stage performance... I'm not a big fan of vocal trance so it was a bit of a turn-off, but his antics on stage kept my energy level up...

then picotto.. oh picotto.. i love the techno.. I was having a great time, playing with my glowsticks for the first hour, then something happened.. not sure what, but my stomach went to shit... gaah it was horrible.. tried to walk it off.. chilled in the hallway trying to cool down, but with no luck.. finally just puked and got rid of it.. but that ended my night... i wass pissssed... DAMN IT!!!!! gaaaah..

stuck around till about 4ish.. finally just had to get out of there.. went back to the car, fired up a spliff and listened to some jazz. f8cking weird night.. ( 4 drinks and no drugs - still puked what the hell)

i pretty much just wandered around all night. I'm glad everyone had a great night.. Hopefully, things go better at Mark EG...

Yes Guvernment has paramedics, and a paramedic station, which is something I did not know, but we are all very grateful for. He recovered, and was held for observation, and then released. Needless to say, no one in our group had a good time, and I doubt any of us will ever forget what happend. We are all still trying to process what happend, his friend that he came up with from the states is a dj, and was talking of never DJing again, he wants nothing to do with the scene anymore. I know several of us will never drop again. For those of us that knew him, this was not a story we heard about, not a statistic, it was very very real, and very very scarey, we all knew it could have been anyone of us. I do not expect anyone that was not part of our crew that night to fully comprehend what it was that we experienced, but if you have read this message, please think about it, and think about if that had been you, or one of your friends.

Wow... Sorry to hear that happened - can't imagine having to go through that. I really hope he's doing alright now. Glad you brought it our attention - certainly makes you think twice.

well once something similar happend to me, in labour of love i was pure fine but suddenly around 4ish i gut upset stomach and couldn't dance as hard as i wanted to...but still i stayed till 6:30.

Yep, same happened to me during the Second sun set, towards the end. I'm blaming it either on excessive tap water consumption or the lack of fresh air in Guv.

WOW!!! This party was fucking awesome!! Not only was the music killer....but HOLLLYYY YOU TA's were OUT OF CONTROL!!!! I have never felt such an amazing vibe from all of you guys in the few yrs I have been partying as a TA. It was absolutely unreal. Cheers guys!!
