it was rumored that Fraser didn't play the final because he heard he was going to be traded for for Judd - who knows rumors. I always thought it was only ever going to be out of Collingwood and Carlton.

this whole judd situation is a load of crap imo. the player is not bigger than the club and should not be interviewing clubs and telling them yes or no. it should be up to west coast to do a trade deal that compensates them properly, not the player telling the club where he wants to be traded to. fine judd wants to come back to victoria but he should not be able to pick the club he wants to go to and force his old club to do a deal with them.

if judd picks collingwood, i guarantee west coast will get screwed over. collingwood are f*3ks when it comes to trading away good players in return for gaining even better players just think about the nick stevens trade deal.

in all honesty this whole year has changed my opinion on chris judd. first the eye gouging incident (he was guilty) and secondly this trade situation. this whole process has made him sound like a spoilt little boy crying for his mother and nit-picking when it comes to which melbourne club he plays for.

and yep its on the essendon website that judd has said no.

its between carlton and collingwood.

i barrack for essendon, but i never thought essendon would get judd anyway. he should go to carlton and as an essendon supporter that is painful to say. they have pick 1 and 3 so they are in the box seat in terms of bargaining.

collingwood dont have what west coast want to do a trade and west coast has also said they dont want to do a deal with collingwood either.

the talk of fraser to west coast is a joke. west coast have one of the best ruckmen in the comp and a good young ruckmen coming up why do they need another one that is not that good anyway.

Agree with the Fraser no trade.

I would offer: Reid + Rocca + Dick

Reid was pick 8 shows promise & is a key forward.

Rocca can just go, they need another forward.

Dick promising young aborigine from WA who will probably get home sick anyway & he shows some promise.

If Judd nominates only the Pies, WCE would be stupid to send him into the PSD and get nothing. Nick Stevens, as much as Carlton Supporters think otherwise... was never highly rated. He's known as a soft receiver. Didak is a highly skilled match winner... and Port knew that.

While I believe hes a touch overrated, I really dont see anything wrong with the way he has gone about it. He knows what his value is, he knows other clubs are after him - that pretty much gives him the green light. As far as "compensating" WCE? Haha mangz - they should have traded him when he had a year left on his contract. Then they would be compensated. Ofcourse the player still has the right to agree / disagree to the trade.

What has Nick Stevens done so far hes been at Carlton? Jack. Didak on the other hand is an All Australian. We would have been stupid to trade Didak for Stevens.
