woot for Hope they read posts about how they need to improve production lighting and sound wise for the outdoor stages! Sound this year is going to be amazing for carl cox tent - new stack system(forgot the details but remember it was great). Just concerned over stages and the lack of lighting and lasers and sound. If that improves, FUCK YEA!

I mean for 10 years, a simple steel stage with white lights and one laser just doesnt cut it - as well as poor sound. They really should step it up for those who want to check out the outdoor stages. I think they should decorate the damn steel as well. Put images or a design around the stage, etc. Make it look like an electronic event. Also I hope besides lighting and sound, the screens behind the djs are going to be better this time around. How about a massive wall from corner to coerner instead of three or so? I dunno, stage production really could use work and in general production does. Make this an electronic festival and not just a electronic artist on stage instead of a club event. And with year 10, this should be all out to finally compete with european production for stages and sound for the outdoor stages.
i passed by bicentenial over the weekend, the main stage is already up.. i want to say it looked bigger, but i was so wasted... i think however it is the same stage from last year
they always add something new anyway... everything looked like it was going up pretty good... tents are the place to be if youre looking for that electronic fest feel.
and idk man, i always thought the sound was pretty good.. my friend lives on the water on SW 152st, and he could hear ultra across the water from bicentenial.. which is like a good 20 miles away
i guess thats simple physics thou? lol
I thought Prodigy sure had it sounding good a few years back. Same with Infected Mushroom. last year seemed not as good, although EVERYTHING was not as good last year because of the weather.
i agree/ Prodigy and IM sounded great with the system. But yea not much sounded amazing last year stage wise. it wasnt bad, but not amazing. could be rolled back settings due to the rain?

Anyone know anything about Club 90 degree? The only thing I could find online was a call for a dancer audition. It looks like it's an easy walk from Bicentennial Park, though.
club 90 degrees is apparently the old club Life... which is an easy walk from bicentenial. on the same block as space-

Alright so this might have already been discussed in here but I'm not digging through 350 posts or however long this thread is.
What are you all doing about backpacks and cameras? Both are supposedly "not allowed" but we all know a lot of people have them. How do you all do it?
Security didnt check at all. I got in holding a bottle that was open in one hand and a camera in the other.
