then how about sending an email with the full lineup to those who just bought tickets!
Although it would be nice if Insomniac released more artists, or a website for the event AT THE VERY LEAST, they don't really have to worry about ticket sales. EDC, and most other Insomniac massives have become such a drug fest over the past few years that high schoolers are willing to go to at any cost. Don't believe me, walk around the festival and ask any kids if they know who the artist is playing at the moment.
So while it seems a bit unfair that the full lineup is released, and most excuses given are weak, Insomniac doesn't really care, because they're going to make a fortune either way.

^ if not the case why don't you ask the artists to remove the gig on their list of events as the official promoters? i haven't checked all so i'm sure some of those aren't confirmed but others have it plainly listed.

Henry is just a messenger and I understand him trying to project the official lineup...
but...
If fantasywahtever got the lineup from all the agency/artist/myspace sites, then it's probably just about fully correct. Sure, a few artist might've prematurely added the gig to their gig list and there might be a few other artists which we hasn't been listed yet....and everyone who is a regular (or if you just read the boards a never post, you damn lurker!) on this board should probably be educated enough by now to know this.
In the end...no one is wrong, no one is right. But both aren't helping each others cause at the moment.

of course we can all get along, but in the hope of planning this trip i would like to know who besides armin i would actually want to see before investing the time and money to travel from texas to california. i know the line up is going to amazing this year, but i need names!
