listen bitch i'll read all damn day if i want
ran for 15 mins (1.75 miles)
pullups, dips, leg lifts.
was a nice day outside - was going to run outside; but i've become a little accustomed to the treadmill. plus i don't like things in my pockets when i run and i hate carrying things - so running around the track w/ my Sansa would have been annoying.
My goal is 5 miles on sick hills in the Texas heat in under 40 minutes. I still have a long fucking way go lol.

damaged my knee. Won't be in the cage for a little while.
i'm playing tennis tomorrow. i've been walking at a fair pace for 90 minutes or so everyday, sometimes i jog. just making sure my knees are in proper shape.
the last time i played tennis my knees were killing me
if you're doing HIIT to the point of throwing up, then you've done it completely wrong. the idea is to build up your tolerance to the intensity so that you can consistently get a great cardio work out. not push yourself past your physical limits which is more likely to damage your body and leave you taking days/weeks off which is the opposite of what you're supposed to do :X
Throwing up is normal especially if you don't give yourself an hour after eating. I don't always throw up, but I almost always feel like I want to throw up. Still haven't been injured from it.
I barf sometimes if I don't cool down properly, but I do have a tendency to push myself too hard since I'm a slow runner.

| Originally posted by Zild In my opinion doing a hardcore leg workout like tons of squats with heavy weight makes me want to throw up more than running, but they will both do it to you. |

The simple physiological truth is that your body is saying you've done something wrong to it when you vomit. It isn't a reward for a job well done, lol. It's called "being sick" for a reason.
Look at u guys, afraid of a little vomit, lol. No you should not throw up everytime u do HIIT nubs, but u should be spending a little time in the "pain zone" if your going to progress...and that means pushing yourself to almost barf on the cardio bunnies in front of you, while they read the latest issue of Marie Claire
