I am starting to do legs again so i will probably incorporate this into a shoulder day or just go on saturday. I Do 3 sets of each exercise with the last set till failure. Im on On Whey protein and creatine monohydrate and clenbuterol (not recommended cause its dangerous if you dont know how to take it, its a fat burner btw ) Yesterday i broke into 95lbs dumbelll flat bench press (2 dumbells in each head doing a bench press) I will break into 100's in few weeks. 120 is the max in my gym. I absolutely love working out. Im more focused towards cutting down to 15% body fat, im at 21.5 right now. |
Seb - if you're trying to cut body fat i'd suggest leaving creatine out of the mix. also, why do abs every day? should use that energy to do more cardio if you're cutting weight :P

oh i love it...honesty comes out
sarcasm detector? nigga please don't act like i haven't been around and know the difference when sarcasm is sarcasm and when someone swears up and down that the only way to do shit properly is by your word.
again..fuck out of here with your bullshit, stay humble because when you actually are, you might even be able to contribute to someone who is struggling with losing weight. and if you only in it to boast about how hardcore your training is, you ain't doing anything but making yourself look dumb.
and in regards to your dumb ass responses...YOU DOING IT WRONG, you should be throwing up for every time you press the submit button in order to post here.

Originally posted by Excess yep all you're doing is retaining water for muscle growth and as you said your goal is to make it down to a certain body fat percentage. though, what you could try doing is when your around your mark drop creatine. after a few days your body will have rid itself of the water and be back to normal. then weigh yourself and test your body fat and see whats up just my two cents, i havent researched the effects of creatine with anything other than just straight building muscle

Originally posted by SebG Thanks, yeah on the jug it says to drink plenty of water. I dont want to loose a lot of muscle during cutting. To be honest, i realy dont care how much i weight, i care more for body fat. Right now im at 6'1 225 with 21.5 % body fat, actually i made that measurement last friday.

Originally posted by KiNeTiC ENeRgY Creatine makes you retain water. It can be hard on the kidneys and stomach as well. I agree to drop the creatine since it really does nothing. Only supplements anyone needs would be a multi-vitamin with minerals, and Whey. If you have a known deficiency then that would be a needed supp, but other than that, it's all about the food you eat. After you get your diet set, then u can play around with macro timing. to add, if your goal is to drop weight/fat...look into ketosis. Works unbelievably well for muscle retention while you lose fat and you lose it quickly. I use it everytime I cut.

Originally posted by Excess enough protein and lots of sleep should prevent lots of muscle loss. you may not gain muscle as quick as you usually do but thats because of the amount of cardio you should be doing. as far as creatine goes, creatine only makes your body retain water so that muscle has more room to grow in. it's the protein that actually makes the muscle rebuild in size. however, i can't imagine retaining water is a good thing when trying to cut weight
Going to the gym after a wake and bake takes efffffoooorrrrt.
Give this a read! If you are carb addicted, this may not work for you, but damn does it ever work! Most BB'ers use this diet to get shredded.

I guess I am a little late in this thread. Currently 6'1 230, around 8% bf. Been bodybuilding for 6 years. Try to stay away from carbs on non-workout days (cycle carbs), workout days I only eat carbs in the am, pre-workout, and postworkout.

Originally posted by eger Same here! Most of my Carbs come from Oats, Sweet Potatos, and veggies, and I keep a jar of Natty Peanut Butter at my desk (people think I am nuts). I've been buying egg whites at Costco in bulk. 8 cartons for $10. I eat the same thing day in day out, except one day on the weekend I have my Carb up day. It's difficult getting your diet down, eat too much carbs to bulk up I get fat, eat too little carbs to Cut and I lose muscle.
