I get the Whey Protein Concentrate - $4.65 per lb, the stuff you have is Whey protein Isolate. I think the only huge difference is the digestibility. The stuff you use runs $8.00 per pound so it is cheaper than their price of $8.65 + shipping



I buy 10lbs at a time, and it comes in a huge plastic bag or you can purchase a container for .75. I transfer it to an old Protein container that I saved. They have around 30 different flavors, you can add your preferred sweetener and Vitamins.

I think this egg and cholersterol thing is made up bullshit and eveybody reacts to it differently

ran 1.75 miles today; did some pullups, some leg lifts, some dips, and some light lifting w/ abs (like where you stand, hold the weight in your right hand, and lower to the ground, then stand straight back up again kinda stuff).

felt sexy afterwards.

its kinda funny being a smaller guy; because whenever i do any kind of weight lifting, my muscles bulge out a fair amount. but they never stay that way...so like right afterwards i look all "buff" but then the next day i look back again.

no... i sat on the toilet drinking a beer in a glass... i dropped the glass and it broke. So eventually after i finished with mah shiza, i had to get out of hte bathroom. I wasnt wearing any shoes.

I can't run I tore my ACL playing football 7 mo. ago and have been putting off surgery as I can't fathom the thought of not being able to workout. I figured I'll just train until my leg gives out. I do minimal leg work becuase of it. Mostly calves. When I stand on my leg it's like a wobly leg on a chair, no stability.

egar - that's a horrible idea you are gonna fuck up other shit in your knee. you can put it off but don't do stuff on it. i know someone who tore one acl then literally a month later tore the other. i also work closely with someone who thought she were getting better pushed herself then fucked up something else in her knee. she's a lacross player / runner and hasn't been able to either either since july. other person i work with had acl surgery and inevitably ended up with bad ankles too. i'm talking about healthy athletic people at 30, don't mess around with your knees!!!

Dietary cholesterol does not effect blood cholesterol. For the record, I have my blood checked every 6 months and the doctor used these exact words " I never see results this good" Alot of people have a genetic predisposition to have bad numbers, but usually due to a horrible diet high in sugar ALONG with fatty foods.

I was always 138 pounds but ever since I started taking my weightlifting seriously and incorporating protein into my workouts I am now at 150 pounds.

This past Tuesday I had a bit of a scare doing squats. The weight on the bar wasn't more than my last leg workout, but I felt a sharp pain in my right knee. I've seen plenty of videos on youtube on the proper squat such as keeping your knees aligned with your heel and making sure they don't past your toes, keep the back straight and such, but how long do I have to wait before doing legs again? Tomorrow is lower body for me which is why I'm asking.
