ummm i dont think he had any artistic input/involvement at all.

FUCK ME SUPERMAN - best flick i've seen for a long time. its running time kinda drained me but what an absolute pearler of a film! i give it 8 cock-rings out of 10.

Posted by Aesthetic on Jul-02-2006 22:36:

Tell me about it jizz. Words can't describe the greatness that is superman.

Posted by jizza on Jul-02-2006 22:57:

k dave i hate to be a party pooper cos im not, as i said loved it! but... SPOILER ALERT

were there some plot-holes maybe or did i miss something in the previous films (ie. how did superman's sperm fertilise lois' eggs? did they have rooties or not? and what the hell could lex possibly do with that jagged protruding land?)

pedantic yes. significant maybe.

Posted by Aesthetic on Jul-02-2006 23:07:

Well basically they filled in their own gaps after / in between the previous films.. Like the entire beginning of the storyline states that after astronomers located the last remains of krypton he had to go and find them.. This is something that we never got a sense of in the first 4 flicks.. I guess the lois story goes hand in hand..

And might I say this storyline was really solid.. it was good to see supes get some closure at the end with the kid, he knows how the world works and he's happy that way.. ok we better not spoil anymore

My sister has the special un-cut and unrated version on DVD. I am too scared to even pick the cover up

Posted by Aesthetic on Jul-02-2006 23:30:

It's true, superman needs a superhug sometimes, he's a man like you and me

A girl took me out to watch Hostel...I was thoroughly impressed with the first half hour. TITS ASS MORE TITS MORE ASS, SEX, DRUGS, TITS, i was thinking, girl you didnt have to take me to the movies to point it out to me.

ALAS

by the end of the movie the libido was gone. Absolute tripe of a movie.

I got none too

Tarantino is credited as an executive producer for Hostel. Unlike "Hero" where he only "presented" it (like Jet Li needed any presenting!).

Posted by MiSSyM on Jul-04-2006 07:32:

lol alright now mr Technical.

so what other gory movies do you recommend?
something similar to Hostel or Kill Bill or with martial arts?

Posted by tathi on Jul-04-2006 09:32:

I watched the Hollywood remake of Pride and Prejudice last night and it was fucking pathetic, after an hour i couldn't bare it any longer and walked out. I loved the original BBC take of Pride and Prejudice which was very true to the book (i watched the 6 hours in one sitting, it's that good! ) and the Bollywood remake Bride and Prejudice was great! (i have a soft spot for India and Aishwarya Rai <3 ) but fuck me this remake was beyond shit, i don't know why i expected more from hollywood?

Try and hire some of the Lone Wolf and Cub movies, they are on SBS often. These are the movies that inspired Tarantino, and the similarities are amazing!

Posted by pkcRAISTLIN on Jul-04-2006 10:16:

lol tathi! have you seen the original 1940s (?) pride & prejudice movie? awesome
