Good job Barca. Well played overall. Ronaldinho. Jeez. He put on a display, capping off with a good goal.

Several Chelsea player had horrible game, incl Duff, Gudjohnsen, Robben and Lampard. Did show a glare in Chelsea's game; no real playmaker in the middle. Makelele is a holding defensive player and Lampard is most effective going front. Except for kicking in the penalty and one horrible freekick in 1st half, he didn't exist at all.

IMO the other player of the game was Joe Cole. That outrageous flick from a half chance that almost went in, plus that good cross to Crespo in 2nd half was about only decent chances Chelsea had. Hope he keeps this up for England in WC.

What is up with Mourinho putting Robert Huth as striker with 10 mins left? Huth, to put it mildly, is a thud. He can't defend and all he has is his slow ass body. (And taking out Cole who was Chelsea's best player)

I'd have taken out Paolo Ferreia and go with 3 centrebacks with Wright Phillips in on right wing and go 2 up with Crespo and Gudjohnsen playing just behind him.

Yeah i didn't understand that move either. Even the comentators were baffled over that one. He totally should have brought Phillips in! The other subs were good though. Duff was getting a little too physical in the last part of the game, he needed to be brought back in. Not to mention he didn't really play a stellar game in the first place.

Gudjohnsen had a horrid game coming in for Duff. I think he's still adjusting as attacking midfielder instead of striker he started out as.

It was also weird having Robben as centre attacking midfielder instead of winger as he normally is.

A better sub might have been Duff for Maniche, moving Lampard to play more front and Robben on left and Cole on right.

Then again, hindsight is 20/20

Poor Duff. He's not playing as good as he used to play for Blackburn.

That Juve vs Bremen game looked good too, from what I caught on.
Late equaliser for Juve gets them through on away goals.

And poor Rangers. Tried so far.

Looked like he jammed his foot. That can really hurt, pending on how much you misstepped. Could be anything from a twisted ankle to something with knee.

It seems to be a pulled muscle. Reports are saying he could be out from 10 days to - 3 weeks.

^From what I saw from the highlights, more amusing that Chelski Barca game.

Good for me for getting my prediction on Werder Bremen right. lol

PS: Allez lyonnais!

PPS: If you can, try to catch highlight of Juninho's freekick from something like 45 yards that went in. Jeebus. What a goal.

Although Inter won, I hope Adriano's shooting coach has a word with him! Geesh!
