forget park ji sung ... hes quick and never gets tired but is to inconsistent ... if we were to get rid of giggs then i say buy van der vaart and ditch RVN while we at it and replace him with torres ... mourinho will get the sack that season because hes not winning shit in england

About Giggsy, yeah, I agree with you on that, but that's also Sir Alex only weakness, the fact that he can't/won't realise that his "youths" has gotten old...pretty sad tho

Don't talk trash about my korean!!
I think Park is waaaay underrated, that boy is a splendid player; great work rate, his vision on the field is one of the best I've EVER seen....give him the time and confidence and I KNOW that he will pay back....hell, he already have, haha.

I don't really like Van der Brat, ever since he left Ajax he's been going down steadily, not the ideal player for the red devils, at all.

Torres on the other half isn't a bad choice if we were to give RVN away, still, with already so many talented strikers (Rooney, Saha, Rossi etc) I think we should invest those money on a great central midfielder.....seriously, Flether??
Okay, it's cute that Sir ALex wants his countrymen into the team, but Fletcher isn't the man for the job.

I would rather see Sir Alex bring Pedrtti into the squad.

do you guys realize if you get rid of Sir Alex it will take you another 20 year to build an amazing team ?

don't get rid of sir alex then

IMO Man U's biggest weakness is lack of good playmaker.
The thing about Park is that in PSV, he got service from Von Bommel and Cocu and their throughballs allowed him to run on to it and beat the defenders.
He doesn't get much of that from ManU centre midfielders so he has to try to create for himself.
He's got heart and he's got speed and determination, but he's not as skilled as Cristiano Ronaldo so he will have poor games.

Noted & quoted.

You sir!!
Yes, you who wrote this fine piece of paper, I couldn't agree more with you.
Park on the left and a decent playmaker and we got ourself a mean, bean machine

Still, I agree about sacking Sir Alex, the fact that he still keeps Giggsy in the team proofs just how stupid he is.

im actually happy saha scored both today ... i always preferred him over rvn...

on a side note, looks like west brom are going to go down this season ... birmingham have 2 games in hand and portsmouth look to be staging quite the fighback..

It is said that RVN is being rested and everyone in the team (and Fergie) still think that he is a very valuable player for the team..

Posted by zoric on Mar-18-2006 18:05:

I hope he moves, he's too good to sit on the bench even though he isn't scoring.

But still, there's a positive kind of effect on that kind of players when they're getting a couple of matches on the bench.

Example: Nedved was playing all the games since he arrived to Juventus, and he played like shit against Bayern Mnchen in the first leg of CL. Then he had to start on the bench in the second game of the group stage, he came in and Juventus won, 2-1 thanks to him.

Posted by Cloud on Mar-18-2006 18:08:

I believe that RVN will not move. Saha's finishing will never reach RVN's. Saha is very fast tho.

btw where is fastp2p lately?

Posted by zoric on Mar-18-2006 18:14:

Barcelona is playing later on tonight, He'll be here for sure to comment the game I guess..

Im not to sure about that ne more ... like ive said before, he doesnt seem to be visible in the game until a certain point in the match where the ball lands at his feet in the opposition box from where its pretty certain hes going to score ... but i havent seen him run his heart out or be able to create plays and be a menace to the defence like rooney, saha or even ronaldo for that matter are ...even his penalty taking skills are on the decline ... when he first came to OT barthez said that ruud shot a 100 penalties at him and he could only save 1 of them

there are rumours afoot that hes going to lose his place in the dutch squad to dirk kujyt or however his name is spelt... hope that serves at enough of a reminder to ruud that his place isn't guaranteed on either squad and he needs to pull his game back up to the level he is more than capable of playing at

that's a good player. Not sure about the spelling.

so Man Utd should start looking for a 2nd striker during the summer.
I am not really sure if saha can maintain a good form for a long period during the season.
