Well, lunar eclipse plus alcohol wasn't such a bad combination. But meeting up with an old friend whom you haven't seen in a while and them not having any interest in your life whatsoever equals burn. All the more reason why I fucking hate people these days.

What happened more specifically?

There was no "hint," in the whole thing, me and the other person just split apart due to being busy with other things in Life. It just so happened that I ran into the person at a mutual friend's house, and was trying to catch up with that person. She had no qualms about telling about how she was doing in her life, but when it was my turn to do the story-telling, I get cut off half-way through to her cell phone going off, wait 15 minutes patiently being put on hold, and then being told that she had to go, offering no explanation or apology. Just a quick good-bye and that was that. I found it quite rude and disheartening. We had some fun times together and I never did anything to really piss her off, other than the occasional tease and prank. She's obviously just a little too self-absorbed with her own life right now.

Well I doubt I'll run into her again anytime in the near future, so I guess it works out. Sucks sometimes when you see people you like change for the worse.
