Everybody stop running, I hear it causes cancer.

Lets get back to talking about Jenny doing ski-racing...
(See Citric, I do have a thing for skiers haha).
Yeah let's all get back to JENNY and about how awesome everything in her life is. Anything else would be cancer.
I know, Jenny is awesome, defo more awesome than cancer.
How are you guys getting your injuries? Sloppy footed bastards.
Oof. Arnolds.
I injured my foot last week, and hadn't worked out the whole week. Went back for the first time today and did some Muay Thai bag-work, and I'm feeling it...
Jenny, how are you NOT a Lesbian? I mean, you could easily tell I was GAY. You have all the qualities -- honest, outspoken, tough, determined, fierce, and you fight like a man on these forums.

Because I like penis and vaginas are creepy?

Started working out about a month ago with a colleague (guy is a gym-rat with knowledge on nutrition as well) who largely guided me through the steps and machines. I lost 11 kgs (24 pounds) within the course of a month through a hipo-caloric diet of ~300-500 kcal/day mostly of salads and fruits and about two hours of gym daily which consisted of small exercises and 30 minutes of cardio - running mill + stepper.
Losing 24 lbs in 30 days isn't healthy.

Looking forward to this work day being over so I can blast! One of those days where I'm super amped to work out.
Fuck I quoted Russell above. Fucking hell I should just put him on ignore (and then write a plugin for my browser that hides even the "this user is ignored" things).
That would be brilliant. Even the posts you can't see are annoying turds.

I know a guy who went from like 390lbs down to like 250 over a year or so, and the first 2 weeks of his diet he lost like 20lbs of water weight alone. When you are that big 20lbs of water can come and go quite easily. Thats why a lot of people who start out on these diets and exercise regimes will get stoked the first month, but then they actually have to work off the fat and not just the water and they get totally dissuaded.
By that logic you could lose 20lbs just by dieting and sitting in a sauna for an hour or 2 every day.
You don't lose that much weight from just water weight, that just doesn't happen. Maybe after a particularly hard workout you could lose 5-10lbs that day just from sweating, but that's not weight that you keep off. It returns as soon as you actually rehydrate, which you should be doing anyways.
That's why football players are weighed at the beginning and end of practice in camp to make sure they're not losing too much water weight because it's incredibly unhealthy and can lead to minor side effects like death.
Please. Shut up.
You are talking about fit people who lose water weight from exercise. I am talking about extremely fat people who retain huge amounts of water weight. To stay hydrated they don't need to drink the same amount of water that they lost from diet/exercise. They will literally lose water weight from changing their diet, especially people with an intolerance towards carbs.
How many lbs do you think you could lose by shaving off that squirrel pelt wrapped under your chin?
Ah, fuck I love Volunteer Park at sunset. So pretty. I don't know why people choose to jog in Cal Anderson... Probably to show off lol (thats why my brother jogs there at least), Go a few blocks more and you can run around Volunteer Park.
Seattle is a joggers paradise.
This is pretty much the perfect time of year for outdoor runs/jogging, period. Temperature is perfect, air is so crisp and clean, and just the general buzz of things coming back to life is super motivating.
