yeah you give it to that submit reply button. it's been a bad, bad button.

this is how ive done it up to now with music:

lifting: hard trance/megamixes
treadmill jogging: anything fairly energetic but not too intense
biking: progressive (130bpm and below)
jogging (usually at the park): chilled ambient/relaxing tunes. seems to always make a jog at the park nice. usually when i go jogging i like to enjoy the scenery especially on a nice day haha

i like it too! as some have said keeps you accountable, i personally don't workout with anyone and quite honestly don't like to so its nice to read about others progress and make note of what i'm doing because honestly i've created all my workouts from reading random stuff here and there. could be a better oiled machine for sure but this helps me keep focused. also wouldn't have ever known what the c0r was if not for this thread but not sure if that's a good thing or not.

hah yeah i found out about the c0r through gerard/limin mentioning it and the first thread that caught my eye was this one. but that was during my hiatus from working out haha. usually i can keep up/figure out forums easily but this c0r here at TA...it's a whole new level of interweb

what kind of clicks? lol, any time i do any shoulder exercise i hear loud pops. no pain of any sort but it sounds like im snapping my fingers while lifting. weirds me out, me and everyone around me lol
