yeah you give it to that submit reply button. it's been a bad, bad button.
this is how ive done it up to now with music:
lifting: hard trance/megamixes
treadmill jogging: anything fairly energetic but not too intense
biking: progressive (130bpm and below)
jogging (usually at the park): chilled ambient/relaxing tunes. seems to always make a jog at the park nice. usually when i go jogging i like to enjoy the scenery especially on a nice day haha

so ive been trying this new exercise, i tie my penis to a dumb bell and let it stretch for a good 20 mins a day.
any suggestions for girth?

ya we try to keep out the local rift raft by making fun of them to death. if u dont fit u leave or we make you leave....some take longer then others.
My knee started clicking today (i had the worst fucking run ever
) time to check out the gym at campus and hit the pool or the bicycles.
I hate exercising around other mother******s. 
skipped the gym, had something to do after work so just gonna do 30min or so of abs before i sleep tonight.

Weighed 201lbs wearing clothes and holding a book at the Doc's office this morning. Down from 256 two years ago and 231 in october. Fuck yes! Still a fat ass but getting there.
