doing 2 a days today gonna go do shoulders and back at 11 then chest and tris tonight
Only doing biceps today. 45 minutes of heavy lifting. Won't have use of my arms for a few hours after the hell I'm gonna put them through, hehe.

I don't lift weights. Only cardio! Going to start soon but only for core and endurance not go get ripped or put on much muscle mass.
almost every fucking day except monday and friday, there are futbol games on, either european leauges and championships or latin american leauges or championships...
so i always run to a new game.. keeps things fresh.

Cardio first thing in the am on an empty stomach works well too.
w00t that was a great work out threw a little cardio by going into my sets with little rest. Can't wait to come back tonight to finish it off

ran 2 miles again - more pullups; more dips; more arm weights.
i'm mainly focusing on my arms and shoulders for now. running gets my cardio in; and helps keep the legs in good shape - but want to kind of get the "guns" a little bigger. nothing ridiculous ; just a bit more than they are. so we'll see how things go. i really want to stick to a MWF workout period. but with upcoming shiftwork and changing schedules, that might be hard to do.

hammer curls are when your palms are faced inwards (hands at side) while curling.
i LOVE doing supersets of:
regular curls
hammer curls
incline curls (curls on an incline bench)
